背景技术
在进行高层建筑施工过程中，不可避免的需要借助于脚手架来提升施工者的高度。现有建筑施工中采用的脚手架主要是框架式的，框架式的脚手架是由若干根钢管相互交错连接在一起的，这些钢管一般是通过连接件连接在一起，但现有的连接件拆装极为繁琐，且不具有更好的安全性能，同时重复使用率极低，节点用钢量大，节点配件也容易丢失。

本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种脚手架连接件，能完全解决上述问题。 
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是这样的：本实用新型的脚手架连接件，包括接头本体，接头本体上端连接有钢管，钢管为两个，钢管与接头本体通过箍圈连接，接头本体两侧面分别连接有挡头，挡头分别通过加强筋和密封圈与接头本体连接，接头本体下端设有卡扣。 
作为优选，所述接头本体的端部伸出到箍圈的轴向外侧。 
作为优选，所述卡扣与接头本体采用可拆卸连接。 
作为优选，所述接头本体的端部角度为５－３０度。 
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于：这种脚手架连接件与钢管连接在一起时，操作非常方便，连接牢固性良好，钢管的长度利用率高，有效提高了拆装效率，且降低了成本，同时安全稳定性能得到很大的提高。

参见图１，本实用新型的脚手架连接件，包括接头本体６，接头本体６上端连接有钢管１，钢管１为两个，钢管１与接头本体６通过箍圈２连接，接头本体６两侧面分别连接有挡头４，挡头４分别通过加强筋５和密封圈３与接头本体６连接，接头本体６下端设有卡扣８，所述接头本体６的端部伸出到箍圈２的轴向外侧，所述卡扣８与接头本体１采用可拆卸连接，所述接头本体１的端部角度为５－３０度。 
本脚手架连接件与钢管连接在一起时，操作非常方便，连接牢固性良好，钢管的长度利用率高，有效提高了拆装效率，且降低了成本，同时安全稳定性能得到很大的提高。接头本体６的端部伸出到箍圈２的轴向外侧，便于连接；卡扣８与接头本体１采用可拆卸连接，方便拆装；接头本体１的端部角度为５－３０度，有利于与钢管连接。

1.一种脚手架连接件，包括接头本体，其特征在于：接头本体上端连接有钢管，钢管为两个，钢管与接头本体通过箍圈连接，接头本体两侧面分别连接有挡头，挡头分别通过加强筋和密封圈与接头本体连接，接头本体下端设有卡扣。
2.根据权利要求1所述的脚手架连接件，其特征在于：所述接头本体的端部伸出到箍圈的轴向外侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的脚手架连接件，其特征在于：所述卡扣与接头本体采用可拆卸连接。
