本实用新型涉及除尘器领域，特别是涉及一种用于除尘器的滤袋框架。
背景技术
在袋式除尘器中，滤袋是袋式除尘器中不可或缺的重要组成部分，更换滤袋的费用是滤袋除尘器的主要维修费用，而滤袋框架起着支撑滤袋的作用，更是一个关键部件。目前滤袋绝大部分都采用外滤式的结构，为了使滤袋在滤尘和清灰过程中保持一定形状，需要使用滤袋框架支撑。在市场上，滤袋框架之间的连接有卡入式、旋入式和插入式等连接结构，而且这些结构安装不方便，还很难保持滤袋框架的直线度和稳定度，影响设备的正常工作，所以一般情况下需要使用整体式滤袋框架，而且滤袋框架形状可以根据所配的滤袋而不同。
发明内容
发明目的：本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足，提供一种整体式滤袋框架。
技术方案：本实用新型所述的扁滤袋框架包括椭圆形支撑圈以及焊接在该椭圆形支撑圈外的纵筋组成的框架，在该框架一端焊接底盖，在所述框架另一端焊接头盖。
有益效果：本实用新型与现有技术相比，其显著优点是：采用整体式结构，保证框架的直线度和稳定度。
