Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种凝胶材复合切割系统,属于高分子材料的制备技术领域。其包括输送带,所述输送带的末端设置有将凝胶材切条的滚轮切刀,还设置有输送切条后的凝胶材的螺旋送料机,所述螺旋送料机的螺旋轴末端设置有将凝胶条切粒的切粒刀。本实用新型同时具有横向切割和纵向切割作用,在强力运动过程中,先通过滚轮切刀将大块凝胶切割成条状凝胶,切割和撕裂作用同时产生,将大块凝胶切成条状凝胶的同时,通过撕裂作用使凝胶结构变得较为疏松,然后通过切粒刀将条状凝胶切成小块状凝胶,能有效地对凝胶进行碎解,有利于凝胶的干燥。

本实用新型涉及一种凝胶材复合切割系统,属于高分子材料的制备技术领域。
背景技术
由于反应后高吸水性凝胶含水量较高,呈较大块状,具有一定的韧性和强度,水分与高分子网络相互作用较强,难以干燥,需要将大块凝胶进行处理得到较小的凝胶。但是,现有的凝胶生产机大都直接将生成的凝胶输送至干燥器,有些只是将凝胶压平,对干燥效果没有明显的改善。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种结构简单,加工方便快速的凝胶材复合切割系统。
本实用新型为解决其问题所采用的技术方案是:
凝胶材复合切割系统,包括输送带,所述输送带的末端设置有将凝胶材切条的滚轮切刀,还设置有输送切条后的凝胶材的螺旋送料机,所述螺旋送料机的螺旋轴末端设置有将凝胶条切粒的切粒刀。
优选的是,所述螺旋送料机的出料口处设置有用于凝胶粒成型的孔板,所述孔板上设有若干多边形的成型孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是:同时具有横向切割和纵向切割作用,在强力运动过程中,先通过滚轮切刀将大块凝胶切割成条状凝胶,切割和撕裂作用同时产生,将大块凝胶切成条状凝胶的同时,通过撕裂作用使凝胶结构变得较为疏松,然后通过切粒刀将条状凝胶切成小块状凝胶,能有效地对凝胶进行碎解,有利于凝胶的干燥。

具体实施方式
如附图1、附图2所示的一种凝胶材复合切割系统,包括输送带1,所述输送带1的末端设置有将凝胶材切条的滚轮切刀2,还设置有输送切条后的凝胶材的螺旋送料机3,所述螺旋送料机3的螺旋轴31末端设置有将凝胶条切粒的切粒刀4,切粒刀4中间设有方孔41以方便安装到螺旋轴31上。本实用新型同时具有横向切割和纵向切割作用,在强力运动过程中,先通过滚轮切刀2将大块凝胶切割成条状凝胶,切割和撕裂作用同时产生,将大块凝胶切成条状凝胶的同时,通过撕裂作用使凝胶结构变得较为疏松,然后通过切粒刀4将条状凝胶切成小块状凝胶,能有效地对凝胶进行碎解,有利于凝胶的干燥。进一步的,所述螺旋送料机3的出料口处设置有用于凝胶粒成型的孔板5,所述孔板5上设有若干多边形的成型孔,通过切粒刀4切粒后的凝胶材在螺旋送料机3的推力下,不断向出料口移动,当通过孔板5时,凝胶粒经过成型孔的塑形,形成与成型孔一致的外形。成型孔可以有三角形、方形、六边形以及星形等等,这样就能够增加凝胶粒之间的间隙,使得凝胶粒经过干燥器时,更容易被干燥,提高加工效率。

1.凝胶材复合切割系统,包括输送带(1),其特征在于,所述输送带(1)的末端设置有将凝胶材切条的滚轮切刀(2),还设置有输送切条后的凝胶材的螺旋送料机(3),所述螺旋送料机(3)的螺旋轴(31)末端设置有将凝胶条切粒的切粒刀(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的凝胶材复合切割系统,其特征在于,所述螺旋送料机(3)的出料口处设置有用于凝胶粒成型的孔板(5),所述孔板(5)上设有若干多边形的成型孔。
