茶杯包括杯体和杯盖，杯体内上部设有滤网，滤网一般都是垂直于杯体的中心线，茶杯使用一段时间后，向手持竖向的茶杯中倒水时经常出现水不易通过滤网流入到杯体中的现象，若倒得快会使水溢出来而烧伤人手，将茶杯倾斜一定角度才能比较快地倒满。

如图1所示，本实用新型的带斜体滤网的茶杯，包括杯体1和设在杯体1上端的杯盖2，杯体1内上部卡接有环形圈3，环形圈3底部设有滤网4，所述滤网4与杯体1中心线的夹角A为45°～75°，优选60°。所述滤网4设在环形圈3下边沿所在的平面上，环形圈3上边沿所在的平面与滤网4平行。环形圈3和滤网4均采用不锈钢材料制成。杯体1和杯盖2可以采用不锈钢、塑料或其他材料制成。杯体1侧部可设置手把，便于手拿；也可以在杯体1上连接挂绳或挂带，用于手提或吊挂。
