为了达到本实用新型的目的， 本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：由瓶口、热水瓶胆体、阀门开关、水龙头、吸盘组成，其特征在于热水瓶胆体上留有水龙头和瓶口，水龙头上留有阀门开关，热水瓶胆体下留有吸盘，使用时把吸盘压在桌面上，使之固定，拧紧阀门开关，把开水从瓶口灌入热水瓶胆体内，然后在瓶口上塞入塞子，需要喝水时，把杯子放在水龙头下，拧开阀门开关即可接水。
