背景技术
水泥生产过程中,箅冷机到AQC锅炉的热风管道连接于锅炉的侧上方,且为90°直角,积灰严重,减小了通风面积,影响通风量,影响发电量;另一方面,因积灰减小通风面积后,风速加大,管道磨损严重,造成漏风太多。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于,通过改变箅冷机热风管道外形及连接角度,达到减少风道积灰,扩大通风面积,减少管道磨损的效果。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种箅冷机热风管道与锅炉连接的装置,包括AQC锅炉1,热风管道2,通过将原来箅冷机到AQC锅炉的热风管道连接于锅炉的侧上方,调整为风道连接于锅炉的侧上角,热风管道2上沿直接对接到锅炉的中轴位置;且热风管道2弯曲角度由原来的90°调整为30°~45°渐变为90°角,达到减小风速,减少管道磨损,增加发电量的效果。 
本实用新型结构简单新颖、维修操作灵活、方便、安全性高,具有很强的实用性和推广价值。

具体实施方式
本实用新型在具体实施时,通过加宽连接口,使风道2上沿直接对接到锅炉1的中轴位置,倾斜角由原来的直角调整为30~45度渐变为90度角。 
本实用新型可以减少风道积灰,扩大通风面积,减小风速,减少管道磨损,增加发电量的效果。

1.一种箅冷机热风管道与锅炉连接的改进装置,包括AQC锅炉(1),热风管道(2),其特征在于:通过将原来箅冷机到AQC锅炉的热风管道连接于锅炉的侧上方,调整为将热风管道连接于锅炉的侧上角,加宽连接口,使热风管道(2)直接连接到AQC锅炉(1)的侧上角,热风管道(2)上沿直接对接到锅炉的中轴位置;所述的热风管道(2)倾斜角由30~45度渐变为90度角。
