背景技术
传统回转式裂解炉一般出渣多种方式，一端带出渣仓的结构形式比较常见，另外还有螺旋出渣，刮板式出渣等，但都存在封闭和连接不严的问题，较细的灰粉扩散出来造成对工作人员的呼吸道危害和环境二次污染，且制造复杂，成本也较高。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：设计一种带有软管出渣装置的回转式裂解炉，它结构简单，操作方便，制造成本低，环保实用，可有效克服现有技术存在的问题。
解决本实用新型问题所采取的技术方案是：它由回转裂解炉、出渣软管和全封闭刮板式出渣机组成，出渣软管一端固定连接在回转裂解炉的出渣口上，另一端连接全封闭刮板式出渣机的活动进口，在出渣软管与全封闭刮板式出渣机的活动进口连接处设有一个轻型旋转轴承。 
本实用新型的积极效果是：结构简单，制造成本低，全封闭出渣，安全环保，不污染环境；由出渣软管连接回转裂解炉与出渣设备，出渣软管与回转裂解炉同步旋转的同时，由于软管的甩动作用，将灰渣抛到软管的底部，出渣过程全封闭，不会再造成环境二次污染，有效改善了操作人员的劳动条件。

具体实施方式
本实用新型如附图1所示，它由回转裂解炉1、出渣软管3和全封闭刮板式出渣机5组成，出渣软管3一端固定连接在回转裂解炉1的出渣口2上，另一端连接全封闭刮板式出渣机的活动进口4，在出渣软管3与全封闭刮板式出渣机5的活动进口4连接处设有一个轻型旋转轴承。 
工作时，由回转裂解炉驱动电机7带动回转裂解炉1转动，同时将裂解后的灰渣从回转裂解炉1的出渣口2不断送入出渣软管3中，出渣软管3在随回转裂解炉1转动的同时，将灰渣经全封闭刮板式出渣机5的活动进口4送入全封闭刮板式出渣机5，在出渣机电机8的带动下，连续将灰渣送入出渣机出渣口6。

1.一种带有软管出渣装置的回转式裂解炉，其特征在于：它由回转裂解炉、出渣软管和全封闭刮板式出渣机组成，出渣软管一端固定连接在回转裂解炉的出渣口上，另一端连接全封闭刮板式出渣机的活动进口，在出渣软管与全封闭刮板式出渣机的活动进口连接处设有一个轻型旋转轴承。
