低压开关柜在工业配电设施及电厂，工商业大楼及高层住宅等领域使用非常广泛，刀开关安装板也是低压开关柜的重要组成部分之一。现有技术中GCK、MNS柜刀开关板的生产一般采用如下的工艺进行加工生产：首先冷扎钢板弯制，内焊接加强筋，两端焊接堵头，再经过打磨，酸洗，磷化，表面喷塑防锈处理。因此，传统的GCK、MNS柜刀开关安装板的生产费工费时费力。
