本实用新型属于电机装配领域，具体是一种磁钢检测装置。
背景技术
永磁电机转子磁钢往往需要通过粘结剂固定在转子上，如果固定不牢固，在使用时，容易产生噪声，甚至导致电机的损毁。因此，在装配电机时，需要对磁钢的粘接牢度进行检测。现有的检测设备检测过程操作比较复杂，工作效率不高，不适合大规模的测试。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种磁钢检测装置，由上压部和支撑部组成，所述上压部包括上压柱、立柱、连接轴和上支架，手柄连接在连接轴上，所述上支架的一侧固定有压力显示控制器，所述立柱和支撑部固定在底座上。
进一步的，所述支撑部包括由下定位块、支撑套和限位板组成的筒形结构。
进一步的，所述限位板上设有上定位块，上定位块的中心设有定位套，所述定位套下部由弹簧连接。
本实用新型的磁钢检测装置结构简单，检测过程操作方便，检测结果可信，提高了磁钢检测的工作效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1-3所示，本实用新型的磁钢检测装置由上压部和支撑部组成，上压部包括上压柱1、立柱2、连接轴3和上支架4，手柄5连接在连接轴3上，上支架4的一侧固定有压力显示控制器6，立柱2和支撑部固定在底座7上，包括：下定位块8、支撑套9和限位板10组成的筒形结构，限位板10上设有上定位块11，上定位块11的中心设有定位套12，定位套下部由弹簧13连接。
检测时，将转子14放置在定位套的中心，转动手柄5，由连接轴3带动上压柱1向下移动，压在转子轴上，弹簧13被压缩，当压力达到设定值时，压力显示控制器6发出提醒，若磁钢15没有脱离转子，结果是合格，反之不合格。

1.一种磁钢检测装置，由上压部和支撑部组成，其特征在于：所述上压部包括上压柱（1）、立柱（2）、连接轴（3）和上支架（4），手柄（5）连接在连接轴（3）上，所述上支架（4）的一侧固定有压力显示控制器（6），所述立柱（2）和支撑部固定在底座（7）上。
2.如权利要求1所述的磁钢检测装置，其特征在于：所述支撑部包括由下定位块（8）、支撑套（9）和限位板（10）组成的筒形结构。
3.如权利要求2所述的磁钢检测装置，其特征在于：所述限位板（10）上设有上定位块（11），上定位块（11）的中心设有定位套（12），所述定位套（12）下部由弹簧（13）连接。
