Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种采气树阀门治理专用工具，是为有效治理采气树阀门的启闭问题而设计的。本专用工具的碗式管钳呈锥碗形，碗壁上缘均匀开有卡槽，碗底面设有操作手孔，碗外壁底端连接有扳杆。使用时，将碗式管钳扣在阀门手轮的轮辐上，使阀门手轮的辐杆卡入碗式管钳的卡槽内，然后扳动扳杆。碗式管钳能将扭矩均匀分配在阀门手轮的辐杆上，实现多点施力，增加阀门手轮的受力面积，最大程度地降低对阀门手轮的机械伤害。扳杆则能在用力不变的情况下增大力矩，从而能轻松地转动阀门手轮，安全启闭地阀门，提高气井的利用率。

背景技术
随着气田的长时间开发，部分采气树阀门因保养不到位、阀门腐蚀老化及丝杆锈死等原因，不能完全开启和关闭，甚至无法活动，严重影响气井的正常生产，构成极大的安全隐患。解决该问题一般采用井口带压更换阀门的技术，但该技术施工周期长，成本大，不适合广泛应用。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种采气树阀门治理专用工具，其能效地治理采气树阀门的启闭问题。
本实用新型的具体技术方案如下：
本专用工具由碗式管钳和扳杆组成；碗式管钳呈锥碗形，碗壁上缘均匀开有卡槽，碗底面设有操作手孔，碗外壁底端连接有扳杆。
本专用工具能对阀门手轮进行均匀地多点施力，增加阀门手轮的受力面积，最大程度地降低对阀门手轮的机械伤害。扳杆则在用力不变的情况下增大了力矩，从而能轻松地转动阀门手轮，安全启闭地阀门，提高气井的利用率。

本专用工具由碗式管钳1和扳杆2组成；碗式管钳1呈锥碗形，碗壁上缘均匀开有三个梯形（方形或弧形）的卡槽，碗底面设有操作手孔，碗外壁底端焊接扳杆2。
使用时，将碗式管钳1扣在阀门手轮的轮辐上，使阀门手轮的三根辐杆分别卡入碗式管钳1的三个卡槽内，然后扳动扳杆2。由于碗式管钳1能将扭矩均匀分配在阀门手轮的三根辐杆上，所以可轻松转动阀门手轮，安全启闭阀门。

本专用工具由碗式管钳(1)和扳杆(2)组成；碗式管钳(1)呈锥碗形，碗壁上缘均匀开有卡槽，碗底面设有操作手孔，碗外壁底端连接有扳杆(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的采气树阀门治理专用工具，其特征在于碗式管钳(1)碗壁上缘的卡槽可为梯形、方形或弧形。
