背景技术
凹印机广泛应用于包装印刷领域,凹印能真正再现原稿效果,层次丰富、清晰、墨层厚实、黑色饱和度高、色泽鲜艳明亮,印刷效果都能与摄影照片相媲美,其广泛采用无毒的水性油墨和醇溶性油墨,达到环保印刷的效果。 
现有凹印机的凹印油墨槽多为开放式,虽然部分为封闭式,油墨溶剂同样有一定挥发,油墨也容易产生油墨沉淀,致使油墨中颜料颗粒的大小与颜料颗粒分布不均匀,使得在印刷过程中产生糊版等印刷弊病,影响印刷品质量。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种加压凹印喷墨油墨槽,克服现有凹印油墨槽中油墨溶剂容易挥发,粘度不稳定,且容易产生油墨沉淀的不足。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案: 
一种加压凹印喷墨油墨槽,其包括油墨槽和与油墨槽密封连接的加压装置,所述油墨槽底部设有油墨回流管。
进一步地,所述油墨槽为长箱体。 
进一步地,所述油墨回流管设有导孔,所述油墨回流管通过所述导孔连接于油墨泵桶。 
进一步地,所述加压装置可以是惰性气体填充型,也可以是油墨本身挥发性气体填充型。 
本实用新型加压凹印喷墨油墨槽,处于封闭加压的空间中,油墨溶剂不易挥发,油墨不容易产生油墨沉淀,保持油墨中颜料颗粒的大小与颜料颗粒分布均匀,印刷产品色相控制容易,质量稳定。同时本实用新型结构简单,长时间使用易于清洗。

下面结合附图1,本实用新型加压凹印喷墨油墨槽包括油墨槽1和与油墨槽密封连接的加压装置2(图上未示出),油墨槽1底部设有油墨回流管3。 
所述油墨回流管3设有导孔31,所述油墨回流管3通过所述导孔31连接于油墨泵桶(图上未示出)。所述油墨槽1为长箱体,所述压力装置2为充入油墨本身挥发性气体型。 
本实用新型加压凹印喷墨油墨槽及凹印机的工作过程如下: 
首先在印刷之前,打开加压装置2,给整个油墨槽1加压,当油墨泵桶泵油墨进入油墨槽1后,在压力的作用下,油墨达到基本上不挥发的油墨停留于油墨槽1内,油墨被转动的印版甩出过程中在压力的作用下,槽内油墨则很难产生沉淀,另外压力作用油墨还通过油墨箱1底部的油墨回流管3彻底回流油墨泵桶,加快油墨回流速度,减少油墨沉淀。

1.一种加压凹印喷墨油墨槽,其特征是:包括油墨槽(1)和与油墨槽密封连接的加压装置(2),所述油墨槽底部设有油墨回流管(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加压凹印喷墨油墨槽,其特征是:所述加压装置(2)是惰性气体填充型或者是油墨挥发性气体填充型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的加压凹印喷墨油墨槽,其特征是:所述油墨回流管(3)设有导孔(31),所述油墨回流管(3)通过所述导孔(31)连接于油墨泵桶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的加压凹印喷墨油墨槽,其特征是:所述油墨槽(1)为长箱体。
