φ150挤橡机原主机和螺杆没有温度控制,进料口进料不均匀,原机头温度由外装加热瓦控制,温度误差大,橡皮粘模,多出现护套料僵化现象,极大地影响了产品质量。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种温度控制装置,以解决现有挤橡机原主机螺杆没有温度控制装置,致使橡皮粘模、出现护套料僵化现象的问题。
本实用新型技术方案如下:一种挤橡机温度控制装置,包括温度控制仪、热电偶、电磁阀、电加热器,所述温度控制仪与启动开关串联,所述温度控制仪连接有所述热电偶,温度控制仪交流输出端串联有小型继电器,温度控制仪直流输出端串联有固态继电器,所述固态继电器串联有压力开关、断路器和电加热器,所述电磁阀与继电器常开触点串联;所述电磁阀还与水循环系统相连。
本实用新型利用热电偶、电磁阀、温度控制仪、固态开关、电加热器控制温度,从而达到控制挤橡机主机和螺杆温度的目的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步详细的说明。
本实施方式中,一种挤橡机温度控制装置,采用两个温度控制仪,第一温度控制仪A1控制机头水循环系统21,第二温度控制仪A2控制螺杆水循环系统22,第一断路器WQ1接电网电源第一相线L1,第二断路器WQ2接电网电源第二相线L2,第一启动开关SB1和第二启动开关SB2、第二电磁阀DY2接电网电源第三相线L3。
因为两套温度控制仪控制原理相同,现以第一温度控制仪A1为例来说明其电路构成及工作原理:第一温度控制仪A1与第一启动开关SB1串联,第一温度控制仪A1连接有热电偶BQ1,温度控制仪交流输出端20串联有小型继电器WKA1,温度控制仪直流输出端19串联有固态继电器V1,固态继电器V1串联有压力开关YK1、第一断路器WQ2和电加热器RX1,第一电磁阀DY1与继电器常开触点WKA11串联。第一电磁阀DY1与机头水循环系统21相连。为保护设备,给第一电磁阀DY1串联有熔断器FU1;为监测电路负荷状况,电加热器RX1串联有电流表P1。工作过程如下:当第一启动开关SB1闭合时,第一温度控制仪A1得电处于工作状态。当热电偶BQ1所测温度高于设定温度时,温度控制仪交流输出端20输出交流信号,小型继电器WKA1的线圈得电,继电器动作,继电器常开触点WKA11闭合,第一电磁阀DY1得电,电磁阀打开,使凉水进入机头水循环系统21,从而使循环水温度降低。当热电偶BQ1所测温度低于设定温度时,温度控制仪直流输出端19输出直流信号,固态继电器V1处于导通状态。当水泵运行时,压力开关YK1闭合,此时闭合第一断路器WQ1,电加热器RX1得电,使循环水加热,温度升高。

1.一种挤橡机温度控制装置,其特征在于:它包括温度控制仪、热电偶、电磁阀、电加热器,所述温度控制仪与启动开关串联,所述温度控制仪连接有所述热电偶,温度控制仪交流输出端串联有小型继电器,温度控制仪直流输出端串联有固态继电器,所述固态继电器串联有压力开关、断路器和电加热器,所述电磁阀与继电器常开触点串联;所述电磁阀还与水循环系统相连。
