本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：本实用新型由夹柄、毛巾夹、球形挂钩头、挂钩杆、螺孔、插槽、插孔、螺杆、外螺纹组成，挂钩支架上的挂钩杆的末端做有球形挂钩头，其特征是：夹柄一端做有毛巾夹，另一端钻一插孔，挂钩杆上钻有螺孔处的上方、沿挂钩杆纵轴开一插槽，夹柄带有插孔的一端插入插槽，端头做有外螺纹的螺杆穿过夹柄上的插孔旋接在挂钩杆的螺孔上。
所述夹柄和毛巾夹是由TPEE塑料压制而成。
由于采用上述技术方案，本实用新型所具有的优点和积极效果是：能有效防止干、湿毛巾从毛巾挂钩上脱落，经济实用，造价也不高。
