本实用新型涉及一种养菌室,养菌室两侧墙体的上部间隔设有多个空调,另两面墙体的上部设有多个吸风机,与吸风机相通的通风管穿过墙体进入养菌室内,通风管上设有多个通风孔,吸风机的进风口设有过滤网。大面积养菌室内的多个空调严格控制空气的湿度和湿度,通风管使室内供氧量均匀,使菌丝处于最佳的生长环境。

本发明涉及一种食用菌生产过程中用到的养菌室。
背景技术
食用菌的菌丝在生长期间湿度和温度有严格的要求,空气湿度保持在50%-60%之间,相对湿度过高,容易造成杂菌污染,过低则加快培养料水分蒸发,导致菌丝生长不良或死亡,温度要保持在24℃左右,这个温度是菌丝生长的最佳温度,过低使菌丝生长不良,当温度超过27℃菌丝停止生长,在35℃条件下8小时就会死亡,同时要有充足的氧气,缺氧则抑制菌丝生长。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有养菌室存在因面积过大而产生温度、湿度、供氧量不均匀的不足,提供了一种养菌室。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术手段实现的:养菌室两侧墙体的上部间隔设有多个空调,另两面墙体的上部设有多个吸风机,与吸风机相通的通风管穿过墙体进入养菌室内,通风管上设有多个通风孔,吸风机的进风口设有过滤网。
与现有技术相比本发明具有以下明显的优点:大面积养菌室内的多个空调严格控制空气的湿度和湿度,通风管使室内供氧量均匀,使菌丝处于最佳的生长环境。

如图1和图2所示的养菌室,养菌室1两侧墙体的上部间隔设有多个空调2,另两面墙体的上部设有多个吸风机3,与吸风机3相通的通风管4穿过墙体进入养菌室1内,通风管4上设有多个通风孔401,吸风机3的进风口设有过滤网。
