本实用新型涉及一种干燥装置，尤其是一种流化床干燥装置。
背景技术
流化床干燥装置对于化纤厂来说是一种使用了有很多年的一种设备，它包括循环风机、过滤器、旋风分离器、粉尘桶、第一加热器、流化床、干燥塔、第二加热器和进气管道；它的工作原理是：湿切片与干热空气在对流状态下进行热交换和水分交换，以达到除湿和加热结晶。具体是热空气从流化床顶上抽出经旋风分离器除尘后，再经过过滤器由循环风机送入流化床，湿切片从流化床的进料口进入到流化床内在干热空气的作用下结晶，结晶好的切片经压缩空气送入干燥塔，在干燥塔内与干热空气再次进行水分交换再次除湿和结晶。
但是目前这样的流化床干燥装置，一个小时只能达到1.5吨的干燥能力，存在工作效率不高的缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种提高工作效率的流化床干燥装置。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型所设计的流化床干燥装置，它包括循环风机、过滤器、旋风分离器、粉尘桶、第一加热器、磁环套、电热棒、流化床、干燥塔、第二加热器、进气管道；流化床上设有进气接口，循环风机与第一加热器通过管道连接，且该管道上设有磁环套；第一加热器上还连接有电热棒，第一加热器通过管道与流化床上的进气接口连接。
本实用新型所得的流化床干燥装置，由于在原先装置的基础上添加了磁环套和电热棒，使用时，将循环风机调制到50赫兹，使得流化床干燥装置，一个小时能达到3吨的干燥能力，从而提高了工作效率。因此，它具有使用方便、操作简单和设计合理等特点。

如图1所示，本实施例描述的流化床干燥装置，它包括循环风机1、过滤器2、旋风分离器3、粉尘桶4、第一加热器5、磁环套6、电热棒7、流化床8、干燥塔9、第二加热器10、进气管道11；流化床8上设有进气接口，循环风机1与第一加热器5通过管道连接，且该管道上设有磁环套6；第一加热器5上还连接有电热棒7，第一加热器5通过管道与流化床1上的进气接口连接。

1.一种流化床干燥装置，它包括循环风机（1）、过滤器（2）、旋风分离器（3）、粉尘桶（4）、第一加热器（5）、磁环套（6）、电热棒（7）、流化床（8）、干燥塔（9）、第二加热器（10）、进气管道（11）；流化床（8）上设有进气接口，循环风机（1）与第一加热器（5）通过管道连接，其特征在于：且该管道上设有磁环套（6）；第一加热器（5）上还连接有电热棒（7），第一加热器（5）通过管道与流化床（1）上的进气接口连接。
