Abstract

本实用新型介绍了一种用于热力除冰的绝缘风管,它具有一根绝缘风管(2),该绝缘风管(2)的两端分别通过螺栓(3)固定连接一管接头(1)。该管接头(1)的截面内径的大小与所述绝缘风管(2)的截面外径的大小相匹配。该绝缘风管可根据现场需要灵活接续使用或拆卸。由此使得变电设备热力除冰车的出风口亦可根据现场需要延长,以确保热力有效抵达待除冰设备实施除冰。该绝缘风管:1、安全系数大为增强;2、绝缘风管分段接续,使施工灵活,管道的接续和拆卸便捷;3、可根据使用时的电压等级不等距接续绝缘风管管道;4、接头拆卸快速,使用灵活。

技术领域
本实用新型属于电气工程技术领域,涉及一种用于热力除冰的绝缘风管,该绝缘风管适用于各电压等级变电设备的高压热力除冰,以减少覆冰导致的变电设备损坏。
背景技术
长期以来,冰冻灾害一直严重地威胁着国家电网系统的安全,2008年的南方地区冰灾,造成国家电网公司220kV及以上输电线路倒塔1300多起,220kV及以上变电设备损坏100多台套,电网企业直接财产损失100多亿元人民币。此前,国家电网在变电设备除冰上做了很多的工作,如大电流融冰、电磁力或电脉冲除冰、机器人除冰,但基于现场条件,对变电站变电设备的除冰采用了高压热风的热力除冰装置,但由于该装置需要应用与各种电压等级所使用的出风结构相匹配才能达到使用要求,为了解决现场使用不便和繁琐的操作过称,故急需设计出一种改进的可用于热力除冰装置除冰的绝缘风管。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种用于热力除冰的绝缘风管。使用该绝缘风管可以大幅度提升热力除冰装置的除冰性能。
本实用新型的技术方案是:上述所提供的一种用于热力除冰的绝缘风管,参见图1,它如图1所示,具有一根绝缘风管2,该绝缘风管2的两端分别通过螺栓3固定连接一管接头1。该管接头1的截面内径的大小与所述绝缘风管2的截面外径的大小相匹配。
本实用新型的工作原理是:该用于热力除冰的绝缘风管,使用绝缘风管2的一端作为入口端由管接头1固定连接到热力除冰车的输出口;绝缘风管的另一端作为出口端,亦由管接头1连接到下一根绝缘风管的入口端;根据现场需要灵活接续使用或拆卸。由此使得变电设备热力除冰车的出风口亦可根据现场需要延长,以确保热力除冰车的热力有效抵达待除冰设备实施除冰并达到热到冰除的效果。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、热力除冰安全系数大为增强;
2、绝缘风管分段接续,使热力除冰施工灵活,管道的接续和拆卸便捷;
3、可根据使用时的电压等级不等距接续绝缘风管管道;
4、接头拆卸快速,使用灵活。

具体实施方式:
参见附图1,图1所示为本实用新型一种用于热力除冰的绝缘风管的一个具体的实施例。该实施例的绝缘风管2采用中国湖南省汇粹电力科技有限公司生产的GN-J-II型耐高温绝缘风管;管接头1采用中国湖南省汇粹电力科技有限公司生产的RC-JII型金属接头;该管接头1的截面内径的大小与绝缘风管2的截面外径的大小匹配。螺栓3采用其规格与上述管接头1的规格相匹配的市售通用钢质螺栓。所述管接头1、绝缘风管2、螺栓3按上述技术方案,参照图1所示,即将绝缘风管2的两端分别通过螺栓3固定连接管接头1。
由以上构成的本实用新型一种用于热力除冰的绝缘风管的该实施例,经试制试用被证明效果良好,完全达到设计要求。

1.一种用于热力除冰的绝缘风管,其特征在于,它具有一根绝缘风管(2),该绝缘风管(2)的两端分别通过螺栓(3)固定连接一管接头(1),该管接头(1)的截面内径的大小与所述绝缘风管(2)的截面外径的大小相匹配。
