背景技术
小青瓦是是修建楼台、宫殿榭枋、亭廓以及各种园林建筑的高档古建材料。传统生产工艺用手工成型,坯瓦干透后进入土窑烧制而成。但传统小青瓦由于是单片结构,存在用量成本高,铺设复杂的缺点。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种连体型小青瓦,降低使用成本,简化铺设工艺。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种连体型小青瓦,包括至少两片瓦片,瓦片之间以底瓦、盖瓦的方式搭接且该小青瓦为通过模具一体成型结构。 
优选的,瓦片横截面轮廓包括圆弧隆起部及连接在圆弧隆起部左侧的向上翘起的翘边部。 
优选的,瓦片圆弧隆起部顶部宽度由前向后逐渐变窄,翘边部底部宽度由前向后逐渐变宽。 
本实用新型根据小青瓦的铺设效果,釆用底瓦和盖瓦连成一体的连体型结构,因而一片小青瓦可以代替传统的多片土制小青瓦,降低了使用成本,简化了铺设工艺,挂装简便,有效覆盖面积大,防水、防风性能更佳。

下面结合图1和图2对本实用新型的连体型小青瓦做出具体说明,其包括至少两片瓦片1,瓦片1之间以底瓦、盖瓦的方式搭接且该小青瓦为通过模具一体成型结构。瓦片横截面轮廓包括圆弧隆起部10及连接在圆弧隆起部左侧的向上翘起的翘边部11。瓦片圆弧隆起部顶部宽度由前向后逐渐变窄,翘边部底部宽度由前向后逐渐变宽。

1.一种连体型小青瓦,其特征在于:包括至少两片瓦片,瓦片之间以底瓦、盖瓦的方式搭接且该小青瓦为通过模具一体成型结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连体型小青瓦,其特征在于:瓦片横截面轮廓包括圆弧隆起部及连接在圆弧隆起部左侧的向上翘起的翘边部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的连体型小青瓦,其特征在于:瓦片圆弧隆起部顶部宽度由前向后逐渐变窄,翘边部底部宽度由前向后逐渐变宽。
