本实用新型公开了一种面料表面处理装置，包括工作台，所述工作台的一端安装有面料辊，所述工作台上安装有防护剂浸泡箱，所述浸泡箱内转动安装有过料辊，所述浸泡箱的一侧固定安装有两蒸汽烘筒，所述两蒸汽烘之间留有面料间隙，所述两蒸汽烘筒的一侧安装有收卷辊。本实用新型可以简单快速地完成防护剂的浸泡和烘干，且面料不易褶皱，可达到熨烫效果。

本实用新型涉及一种面料加工装置，具体是一种面料表面处理装置。
背景技术
随着功能性纺织产品生产水平的不断提高，人们对卫生防护服面料的功能提出了越来越高的要求，已经开始由简单的防护功能逐渐向高品质、多功能的复合型防护产品过渡。但是，若干卫生防护面料过分追求防护功能而忽略了穿着舒适性的问题。
现有技术中，面料在烘干过程中易烫损，且面料易褶皱，影响面料的质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种可以简单快速地完成防护剂的浸泡和烘干，且面料不易褶皱，可达到熨烫效果的面料表面处理装置。
本实用新型解决技术问题提供如下方案：
一种面料表面处理装置，包括工作台，其特征在于：所述工作台的一端安装有面料辊，所述工作台上安装有防护剂浸泡箱，所述浸泡箱内转动安装有过料辊，所述浸泡箱的一侧固定安装有两蒸汽烘筒，所述两蒸汽烘筒之间留有面料间隙，所述两蒸汽烘筒的一侧安装有收卷辊。
所述两蒸汽烘筒的一侧通过管道连通蒸汽源。
本实用新型在浸泡箱内放置防霉剂，和防水剂等防护剂，且在浸液箱内转动安装有过料辊，且在工作台的一端固定安装有面料辊，且在浸液箱的一侧固定安装有两蒸汽烘筒，这样蒸汽烘筒可以对面料进行烘干，同时两烘筒可以对面料进行熨烫，这样烘干的面料保持平整。

参见附图，一种面料表面处理装置，包括工作台1，所述工作台1的一端安装有面料辊2，所述工作台1上安装有防护剂浸泡箱3，所述浸泡箱3内转动安装有过料辊4，所述浸泡箱3的一侧固定安装有两蒸汽烘筒5，所述两蒸汽烘筒之间留有面料间隙，所述两蒸汽烘筒5的一侧安装有收卷辊6，所述两蒸汽烘筒5的一侧通过管道7连通蒸汽源。

1.一种面料表面处理装置，包括工作台，其特征在于：所述工作台的一端安装有面料辊，所述工作台上安装有防护剂浸泡箱，所述浸泡箱内转动安装有过料辊，所述浸泡箱的一侧固定安装有两蒸汽烘筒，所述两蒸汽烘筒之间留有面料间隙，所述两蒸汽烘筒的一侧安装有收卷辊。
2.根据权利要求1所述面料表面处理装置，其特征在于：所述两蒸汽烘筒的一侧通过管道连通蒸汽源。
