技术领域
本实用新型属于服装制造行业所使用的一种单包撸子，具体是应用在裤腰面料包边。
背景技术
目前，服装加工行业，由于加工的布料的特殊性，在加上款式制的多样化，导致所有款式只能手工协助缝纫机加工缝制，不可能使用全自动机械化加工生产，这样就大大增加工人的劳动强度，同时产品质量无法保证，所以，在行业希望能制作些辅助的小工具设备，来辅助加工制作，从而提高生产效率和质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的，就在于克服上述的缺点，而提供的一种单包撸子。
本实用新型是这样实现的：一种单包撸子，其特征是：在撸子底板上安装有撸子上板，在撸子上板上安装有侧弧板，在撸子底板和撸子上板的前端加工有撸子头。
上述的撸子底板和撸子上板均采用不锈钢板加工制作。
本实用新型由于采用不锈钢板加工制作的一种单包撸子，在缝制加工制作中生产效率和产品质量大大提高。

1、撸子头，2、撸子底板，3、撸子上板，4、侧弧板，5、螺钉，6、缝纫机台面。
具体实施方式
本实用新型撸子头1它是撸子底板2的前端和撸子上板3的前端形成的，其作用就是把布料通过撸子头1后，变成叠层状，再经过缝纫机的缝制加工，撸子底板2和撸子上板3均采用厚度为0.5毫米的不锈钢板加工制作，其作用就是布料起到导向作用，侧弧板4也选用厚度为0.5毫米的不锈钢板加工制作，其作用就是同样使之加工的布料起到导向作用，螺钉5选用M5的螺栓把，撸子底板2固定在缝纫机台面6上的。
本实用新型使用时，先把撸子头1对准缝纫机上压脚前10毫米左右，然后通过螺钉5固定在缝纫机台面6的上面。
综上所述，本实用新型由于采用0.5毫米的不锈钢板加工制作的一种单包撸子，所以在服装制作加工中，效率和产品质量大大提高，同时减轻了工人的劳动强度。
