    传统的高分子反应原料一般都是将原料直接从原料罐中抽到混料罐中，原料不经过过滤会将很多杂质一起带进混料罐中，从而会影响产品的质量。
发明内容
    为了将原料中的杂质过滤掉，本实用新型提供一种安装有洗料罐的高分子材料混合装置。
    本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种高分子材料混合装置，包括原料罐、第一洗料罐、第二洗料罐、混料罐，其中原料罐与第一洗料罐通过管路相连通，接近原料罐口处设置有泵a和第一阀门，第一洗料罐与第二洗料罐通过管路连接，第一洗料罐和第二洗料罐之间的管道上设置有第二阀门，在第一洗料罐和第二洗料罐中放有树脂，原料经过第一洗料罐和第二洗料罐后会将杂质及其他东西过滤掉，第二洗料罐与混料罐通过管道连接，并且在管道上设置有第三阀门，经过第二洗料罐后的原料再通过泵b将其抽到混料罐中和其他材料混合。

    一种高分子材料混合装置，包括原料罐1、第一洗料罐2、第二洗料罐3、混料罐4，其中原料罐1与第一洗料罐2通过管路相连通，接近原料罐1口处设置有泵a5和第一阀门6，第一洗料罐2与第二洗料罐3通过管路连接，第一洗料罐2和第二洗料罐3之间的管道上设置有第二阀门7，在第一洗料罐2和第二洗料罐3中放有树脂，原料经过第一洗料罐2和第二洗料罐3后会将杂质及其他东西过滤掉，第二洗料罐3与混料罐1通过管道连接，并且在管道上设置有第三阀门8，经过第二洗料罐3后的原料再通过泵b9将其抽到混料罐4中和其他材料混合。工作的时候，先将泵a5和第一阀门6打开，将原料罐1中的原料抽到第一洗料罐2中之后关闭泵a5和第一阀门6，原料在第一洗料罐2中清洗2-3分钟之后，打开第二阀门7，第一洗料罐2中的原料就会进入到第二洗料罐3中，原料在第二洗料罐3中清洗1-2分钟之后，打开泵b9和第三阀门8，清洗完的原料就会被抽到混料罐4中。

1.一种高分子材料混合装置，包括原料罐、混料罐，其特征在于：在原料罐和混料罐之间设置有第一洗料罐和第二洗料罐，其中原料罐与第一洗料罐通过管路相连通，接近原料罐口处设置有泵a和第一阀门，第一洗料罐与第二洗料罐通过管路连接，第一洗料罐和第二洗料罐之间的管道上设置有第二阀门，第二洗料罐与混料罐通过管道连接，并且在管道上设置有第三阀门，经过第二洗料罐后的原料再通过泵b将其抽到混料罐中和其他材料混合。
