本实用新型属于机械制造技术领域,尤其是一种滚齿机用连体齿轮夹紧工装。
背景技术
滚齿机在对齿轮进行滚齿过程中,一般是采用卡盘夹紧连体齿轮的齿轮轴的一端。在实际工作过程中,由于工人并不是时刻注意工作过程,夹持不紧便会出现齿轮松动的情形,这就影响到齿轮的加工精度,严重的情况会加工出不合格的废品。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种杜绝齿轮在加工过程中出现松动的滚齿机用连体齿轮夹紧工装。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的滚齿机用连体齿轮夹紧工装,包括底板,底板上通过固定螺栓垂直设有一根立柱,立柱上端设有齿圈,立柱上端面设有凹槽和均布在凹槽周围的至少两根螺杆,螺杆上穿设有用于压紧齿轮端面外圈和内圈的压板,螺杆上螺纹连接有位于压板上部的压紧螺母。
所述固定螺栓设有六根,所述螺杆设有三根。
采用上述技术方案,底板即为滚齿机的工作台,将待滚齿的连体齿轮放置到立柱顶端,连体齿轮的齿轮轴下端插入到凹槽内,连体齿轮上的工艺孔正好穿过螺杆,将压板穿到螺杆上并拧紧压紧螺母。上述工序完成后就可以开启滚齿机对连体齿轮进行加工作业。齿圈用于起到与滚齿刀配合,避免滚齿刀切削到立柱。螺杆设有三根,正好与连体齿轮上的工艺孔数量相等。
本实用新型设计合理、结构简单、夹紧效果好,杜绝了齿轮在滚齿过程中出现松动的情况,从而保证了加工精度。

如图1所示,本实用新型的滚齿机用连体齿轮夹紧工装,包括底板1,底板1上通过固定螺栓2垂直设有一根立柱3,立柱3上端设有齿圈4,立柱3上端面设有凹槽5和均布在凹槽5周围的至少两根螺杆6,螺杆6上穿设有用于压紧齿轮端面外圈和内圈的压板7,螺杆6上螺纹连接有位于压板7上部的压紧螺母8。所述固定螺栓2设有六根,所述螺杆6设有三根。
本实用新型在工作使用时,底板1即为滚齿机的工作台,将待滚齿的连体齿轮9放置到立柱3顶端,连体齿轮9的齿轮轴下端插入到凹槽5内,连体齿轮9上的工艺孔正好穿过螺杆6,将压板7穿到螺杆6上并拧紧压紧螺母8。上述工序完成后就可以开启滚齿机对连体齿轮9上部和下部的两个齿轮进行加工作业。齿圈4用于起到与滚齿刀配合,避免滚齿刀切削到立柱3。螺杆6设有三根,正好与连体齿轮9上的工艺孔数量相等。

1.滚齿机用连体齿轮夹紧工装,其特征在于:包括底板,底板上通过固定螺栓垂直设有一根立柱,立柱上端设有齿圈,立柱上端面设有凹槽和均布在凹槽周围的至少两根螺杆,螺杆上穿设有用于压紧齿轮端面外圈和内圈的压板,螺杆上螺纹连接有位于压板上部的压紧螺母。
