背景技术
 面料在染色或其他处理工艺中,需要使用烘干设备将面料烘干。常用的烘干装置主要包括导油管,热交换器和环烘桶,导油管与热交换器连接,向热交换器提供热油,热交换器将热油的热能转移到空气中,形成热空气,输入环烘桶内,向环烘桶内的面料提供热风,用以烘干面料。现有的热交换器,外壳为金属材质,散热性好,不具有保温功能,换而言之,现有的热交换器暴露在常温下,热能损失大。
发明内容
 本实用新型主要解决的问题是提供一种防耗散节能烘干装置,能有效减少热交换器的热能损耗,节能效果明显。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种防耗散节能烘干装置,包括导油管,与所述导油管连接的热交换器和与所述热交换器连接的环烘桶,导油管在进入热交换器外部的导管外部覆盖有一层保温层。
在本实用新型的较佳实施例中,所述保温层选用棉质布料。
本实用新型所取得的积极进步和有益效果是:能够减少导管外部的热能损耗,节能效果明显。

参考图1,一种防耗散节能烘干装置,包括导油管1,与所述导油管1连接的热交换器2和与所述热交换器2连接的环烘桶3,其特征是,所述导油管1在进入热交换器外部的导管外部覆盖有一层保温层7。所述热交换器2上设置进风口4和出风口5,进风口4和出风口5之间设置环形油路模块6,使得在进风口4的空气进入5时,空气被加热,从而加热环烘桶3的热量,保温层7减少了热量的损耗,从而节约了能源。
