背景技术
 面料在染色或其他处理工艺中，需要使用烘干设备将面料烘干。常用的烘干装置主要包括导油管，热交换器和环烘桶，导油管与热交换器连接，向热交换器提供热油，热交换器将热油的热能转移到空气中，形成热空气，输入环烘桶内，向环烘桶内的面料提供热风，用以烘干面料。现有的热交换器，外壳为金属材质，散热性好，不具有保温功能，换而言之，现有的热交换器暴露在常温下，热能损失大。
发明内容
 本实用新型主要解决的问题是提供一种防耗散节能烘干装置，能有效减少热交换器的热能损耗，节能效果明显。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种防耗散节能烘干装置，包括导油管，与所述导油管连接的热交换器和与所述热交换器连接的环烘桶，导油管在进入热交换器外部的导管外部覆盖有一层保温层。
在本实用新型的较佳实施例中，所述保温层选用棉质布料。
本实用新型所取得的积极进步和有益效果是：能够减少导管外部的热能损耗，节能效果明显。

参考图1，一种防耗散节能烘干装置，包括导油管1，与所述导油管1连接的热交换器2和与所述热交换器2连接的环烘桶3，其特征是，所述导油管1在进入热交换器外部的导管外部覆盖有一层保温层7。所述热交换器2上设置进风口4和出风口5，进风口4和出风口5之间设置环形油路模块6，使得在进风口4的空气进入5时，空气被加热，从而加热环烘桶3的热量，保温层7减少了热量的损耗，从而节约了能源。
