背景技术
目前，多排滚子链条由于销轴无台阶，外链板无轴肩定位，外链板容易与滚子在使用中造成磨损，同时，外链板与铆头之间无垫圈，容易对铆头造成损坏，使外链板脱落。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种耐磨损的多排滚子链条。
本实用新型是采用如下技术方案实现其发明目的的，一种多排滚子链条，它包括外链板、内链板，外链板、内链板通过套有滚子的销轴活动铆接，所述的销轴在安装滚子处设有台阶，销轴两端的铆头与外链板之间设有垫圈。
由于采用上述技术方案，本实用新型较好的实现了发明目的，其结构简单，避免了内链板磨损严重、外链板脱落等现象发生。

下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
由图1可知，一种多排滚子链条，它包括外链板6、内链板1，外链板6、内链板1通过套有滚子2的销轴4活动铆接，所述的销轴4在安装滚子2处设有台阶5，销轴4两端的铆头7与外链板6之间设有垫圈3。
本实用新型由于在销轴4上设有台阶5，避免了外链板6的磨损，且铆头7与外链板6之间设有垫圈3，销轴4上的铆头7不易损坏，也避免了外链板6的脱落。
经实际运行，其效果明显，链条再无出现外链板6磨损严重、脱落等现象发生。
