    随着社会的快速发展,在建筑施工中,人们对组合梁的性能要求也越来越高,以满足力学性能好、机械强度高及自重轻等条件。在一般的建筑工程中,组合梁和混凝土板大多都是通过多个栓钉连接,栓钉一般是以一定间隔均匀排列。如果栓钉排列密,抗剪力就比较好,但这样成本也较高;如果栓钉设置稀疏,就无法达到很好的抗剪效果,且如果组合梁的纤维增强复合材料与混凝土之间的连接薄弱,也难以保证稳定性。

本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种腹板组合梁,能完全解决上述问题。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是这样的:本实用新型的腹板组合梁,包括下翼板,下翼板顶端上设有腹板,腹板底端与下翼板连接,其顶端上设有上翼板,上翼板内设有连接筋,且连接筋不止一个,下翼板内设有加强筋,且加强筋不止一个,腹板两侧均设有腹板组合梁,腹板内设有钢筋连接件,钢筋连接件顶端与上翼板连接,其底端与下翼板连接。
作为优选,所述上翼板、下翼板及腹板均采用钢材料制成。

作为优选,所述加强板与腹板组合梁粘接。

上翼板3内设有连接筋8,且连接筋8不止一个,下翼板1内设有加强筋4,且加强筋4不止一个,这样的设计使其能达到良好的抗矩能力;腹板2两侧均设有腹板组合梁5,增强了腹板2的韧性;腹板2内设有钢筋连接件7,钢筋连接件7顶端与上翼板3连接,其底端与下翼板1连接,使其增强了抗压能力;上翼板3、下翼板1及腹板2均采用钢材料制成,具有良好的强韧性能;腹板组合梁5两侧均设有加强板6,加强板6与腹板组合梁5粘接,加强板6分别与上翼板3底端及下翼板1顶端平行,进一步增强了组合梁的抗压性能。
