本实用新型公开了一种改进的高压开关柜泄压装置，包括高压开关壳体，在高压开关壳体上设置有泄压口，在高压开关壳体泄压口上覆盖一块爆破板，爆破板的上端通过铰链固定在高压开关壳体上侧，爆破板的下端通过塑料螺钉固定在高压开关壳体下侧。采用上述装置，当高压开关柜因故障导致气压增高时，爆破片承受压力，下端的塑料螺钉因强度较低首先断裂，爆破板在压力作用下，沿铰链转轴旋转，漏出泄压口，泄放压力，由于爆破板的上端通过铰链固定在高压开关壳体上侧，爆破板不会飞出，从而保证人员和其他设备的安全；本实用新型结构简单，便于安装，经济实用。

本实用新型涉及一种高压开关柜，尤其是一种改进的高压开关柜泄压装置。
背景技术
现有技术中，高压开关柜上使用比较普遍的泄压装置是在开关壳体上预留泄压口，用塑料螺钉将一块金属板紧固在外壳上挡住泄压口，当高压开关内部因故障造成压力突然增加，压力作用在金属板上，因塑料螺钉强度低，首先承受不住压力而断裂，金属板被冲开，将气体从泄压口排出。由于金属板被气流冲开的速度比较大，容易危及人员和其他设备的安全。
发明内容
   针对现有技术的不足之处，本实用新型旨在提供一种改进的高压开关柜泄压装置，确保泄压时，安全可靠。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案：一种改进的高压开关柜泄压装置，包括高压开关壳体，在高压开关壳体上设置有泄压口，在高压开关壳体泄压口上覆盖一块爆破板，爆破板的上端通过铰链固定在高压开关壳体上侧，爆破板的下端通过塑料螺钉固定在高压开关壳体下侧。
采用上述装置，当高压开关柜因故障导致气压增高时，爆破片承受压力，下端的塑料螺钉因强度较低首先断裂，爆破板在压力作用下，沿铰链转轴旋转，漏出泄压口，泄放压力，由于爆破板的上端通过铰链固定在高压开关壳体上侧，爆破板不会飞出，从而保证人员和其他设备的安全。
   本实用新型结构简单，便于安装，经济实用。

如图1所示，一种改进的高压开关柜泄压装置，包括高压开关壳体4，在高压开关壳体4上设置有泄压口，在高压开关壳体4泄压口上覆盖一块爆破板1，爆破板1可选用铝合金板或者钢板，图中虚线部分为在高压开关壳体4上的泄压口，爆破板1的上端通过铰链2固定在高压开关壳体4上侧，爆破板1的下端用强度较低的塑料螺钉3固定在高压开关壳体4下侧，爆破板1对高压开关壳体4泄压口形成密封。

1.一种改进的高压开关柜泄压装置，包括高压开关壳体（4），在高压开关壳体（4）上设置有泄压口，在高压开关壳体（4）泄压口上覆盖一块爆破板(1)，其特征在于：爆破板（1）的上端通过铰链（2）固定在高压开关壳体（4）上侧，爆破板（1）的下端通过塑料螺钉（3）固定在高压开关壳体（4）下侧。
