技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电插排,具体的说,涉及了一种便于固定在电力施工现场的磁吸附电插排。
背景技术
在电力设备施工现场,很多用电器是通过电插排进行的供电,电插排往往被放置于地面上。电力施工现场人员车辆经常走动,很容易碰到插排、插头及电线,导致插头松落或电线损伤。而电力施工现场环境复杂,不可能处处有适合电插排安装的木头或墙壁等被附着物,当电插排位于车辆、供电箱或钢架等不适合钉入钉子的地方时,电插排往往无法固定安装,给正常施工带来不便。
为了解决以上存在的问题,人们一直在寻求一种理想的技术解决方案。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足,从而提供一种设计科学、能附着在钢铁制品上、安装拆卸方便、不损伤被附着物的磁吸附电插排。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种磁吸附电插排,包括插排外壳、设置在所述插排外壳面板上的插孔、设置在所述插排外壳底板上的固定孔、设置在所述插排外壳内的插片、电线和N个磁铁,所述磁铁设置在所述底板的内壁上,N为不小于1的自然数。
基于上述,所述底板上开设有磁铁安装孔,所述磁铁为T型磁铁,所述磁铁安装在所述磁铁安装孔中。
基于上述,所述底板为方形底板,所述底板的四角分别安装有一个所述磁铁。
基于上述,所述底板中部安装有所述磁铁。 
本实用新型相对现有技术具有实质性特点和进步,具体的说,本实用新型利用磁铁将电插排吸附在钢铁制品上,解决了普通电插排不易在钢铁制品上安装的问题,磁吸附该磁吸附电插排具有设计科学、能附着在钢铁制品上、安装拆卸方便、不损伤被附着物的优点。

下面通过具体实施方式,对本实用新型的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。
如图1所示,一种磁吸附电插排,包括插排外壳1、设置在所述插排外壳1面板上的插孔、设置在所述插排外壳1的底板2上的固定孔、设置在所述插排外壳1内的插片、电线4和N个磁铁3,所述磁铁3设置在所述底板2的内壁上,N为不小于1的自然数。利用磁铁吸附,可以使电插排吸附在钢铁制品上,即装即卸,非常方便,并且避免了用钉子钉入木头或墙壁的传统安装方式,不损伤被附着物。
所述底板2上开设有磁铁安装孔,所述磁铁3为T型磁铁,所述磁铁3安装在所述磁铁安装孔中。这种安装方式使所述磁铁3的一部分穿过所述底板2,直接与钢铁制品接触,使吸引力更强,电插排安装更加牢固。
所述底板2为方形底板,所述底板2的四角分别安装有一个所述磁铁3。这样设计是为了使磁力分布均匀,更好的将电插排在钢铁制品上安装牢固。
所述底板2中部安装有所述磁铁3,这样设计是通过增加磁铁个数以及位置,进一步加强电插排在钢铁制品上的牢固程度。

1.一种磁吸附电插排,包括插排外壳、设置在所述插排外壳面板上的插孔、设置在所述插排外壳底板上的固定孔、设置在所述插排外壳内的插片及电线,其特征在于:它还包括设置在所述插排壳体内的N个磁铁,所述磁铁设置在所述底板的内壁上,N为不小于1的自然数。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁吸附电插排,其特征在于:所述底板上开设有磁铁安装孔,所述磁铁为T型磁铁,所述磁铁安装在所述磁铁安装孔中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的磁吸附电插排,其特征在于:所述底板为方形底板,所述底板的四角分别安装有一个所述磁铁。
4.根据权利要求3所述的磁吸附电插排,其特征在于:所述底板中部安装有所述磁铁。
