背景技术
目前,随着太阳能发电技术的不断推广普及,以太阳能组件替代传统瓦片、玻璃幕墙成为越来越多的用户的选择,既提供了清洁环保的绿色能源,又增添了独特的景致。目前市场上使用最多的多晶硅太阳能组件边框一般为铝合金方框,组件与组件之间无法做到严丝合缝,即使在组件之间填入防水材料、防水胶之后,防水时效也不长,在户外环境下一到两年后,防水材料就可能发硬、发脆,导致防水性能急剧下降。而且手工加注防水胶材也为太阳能发电系统的安装带来的不便,很难凭手工来保证防水胶材的均匀、充实与美观。

本实用新型旨在克服现有技术的不足,提供一种实用、可靠、高效的太阳能电池组件防水边框系统。

安装时将若干个带有本实用新型边框的太阳能电池组件固定在屋面的支架上,然后将防水橡胶条填入防水边框之间的空隙,压紧后再在胶条与组件边框间的结合处涂抹一层防水胶即可。
