背景技术
随着全球能源的日益短缺,对于太阳能的利用也越来越受到重视。太阳能光伏组件是近年来比较热门的利用太阳能的产品。目前的太阳能光伏组件一般包括支架和边框,边框上安装光伏板电池,边框与边框之间通过角码相互连接,角码位于边框内部,它主要起连接作用,其本身的承载能力较差。而且这种连接方式安装较为困难,边框与边框衔接处容易错位形成缝隙,从而导致安装后的型材边缘容易出现毛刺,容易挂伤手。采用这种连接方式的太阳能光伏组件占据空间较大,支架安装时需要打地基,对地理环境要求较高,因而其使用范围具有很大的局限性,对于公园、广场等人口密集的公共产所不适用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种与边框连接紧密且具有较高承载能力的太阳能光伏组件用支承角码。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种太阳能光伏组件用支承角码,其特点是:它包括四棱柱状角柱,角柱的相邻两个侧面上分别设置有角码翼I和角码翼II,所述角码翼I和角码翼II内侧面均设置有锯齿,角柱两端突出于角码翼I和角码翼II的上下两侧面,且其中下端突出部设置有卡槽。
