本实用新型涉及一种新型碳纤维复合导线芯,属于电力传输领域。
背景技术:
碳纤维复合芯导线是由轻型的碳纤维复合芯棒和铝金属导线组成,碳纤维复合芯导线与常规导线相比,具有耐高温、大容量、低弧垂、低能耗、重量轻等显著特点,是目前世界上唯一能替代传统的钢芯铝绞线、铝合金导线、铝包钢导线和殷钢导线并投入商业运行的产品,实现了电力传输的节能、安全、环保、经济等优势,是未来输电线路用架空导线的发展方向,能够显著改善电网建设。但是现有的碳纤维复合芯棒表面极易磨损,使芯棒直接与铝绞线接触,造成输电损耗,并且还存在韧性、弯曲能力、耐腐蚀、抗干扰等性能的下降。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种解决表面磨损及提高碳纤维芯棒的弯曲能力,并增加产品韧性、抗干扰及抗腐蚀性的新型碳纤维复合导线芯。
