背景技术
随着国家经济的高速发展，人们生活水平的提高，对居住环境的要求也再不断提高，各种各样的地下管道也在不断增多，所以就需要各种井盖来盖住地下管道的出入口，而现在大多的井盖是由井盖和井盖座构成，而制作井盖和井盖座大多是铁或水泥，当这样的井盖盖住地下管道的出入口并位于道路中时，如有车辆通过会产生严重的噪音，对人民的生产和生活造成严重地影响。
