本实用新型涉及一种集成低温蒸发冷凝单元组合件,具体地说是一种低温蒸发、强制冷却空气提纯原水制备纯水的集成单元组合件,属于水处理领域。
背景技术
桶装水饮水机直接供用桶装水,或对桶装水加热、制冷后供用热桶装水或冷桶装水,便于常温饮用、热饮和冷饮。桶装水饮水机存在饮水机供水时会带入携带细菌的气泡进入桶装水内;内部难以清洗,容易积垢、细菌繁殖等问题。直饮水机通过多级净化、将水分子化、弱碱化,使自来水能够达到直饮要求,但直饮水机存在滤芯、膜等使用寿命短及长期使用会造成细菌孽生等问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述桶装水饮水机、直饮水机存在的问题,提出一种能改善上述缺陷的集成低温蒸发冷凝单元组合件。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
一种集成低温蒸发冷凝单元组合件,其特征是它包括多个低温蒸发冷凝单元,所述低温蒸发冷凝单元包括密封箱体,所述密封箱体的顶部设有热原水进口,热原水进口的下端设有布水器,所述布水器的下方设有基板,基板两侧覆盖无纺布组成蒸发板,密封箱体的底部通过凝结水收集板分隔形成冷凝水槽和未蒸发水槽,所述基板下端位于未蒸发水槽中,所述冷凝水槽中设有凝结水出口,未蒸发水槽中设有未蒸发原水出口。
所述密封箱体内壁粘贴有冷却膜,所述相邻低温蒸发冷凝单元的冷却膜之间留有风冷通道。
所述无纺布的上沿将布水器包裹住。
本实用新型的有益效果:
结构简单实用,解决了桶装水饮水机和直饮水机容易孽生细菌的问题,并将多个低温蒸发冷凝单元组合在一起,提高了蒸发效率。

本实用新型包括多个低温蒸发冷凝单元,每个低温蒸发冷凝单元如图1所示,它包括密封箱体1,密封箱体1的顶部设有热原水进口2,热原水进口2的下端设有布水器3。布水器3的下方设有基板4,基板4两侧覆盖无纺布5组成蒸发板。无纺布5最好是其上沿将布水器3包裹住,以保证布水效果。密封箱体1内壁粘贴有冷却膜7,密封箱体1的底部通过冷凝水收集板8分隔形成冷凝水槽和未蒸发原水槽,所述基板4下端位于未蒸发原水槽中,冷却膜7下部处于冷凝水槽中,未蒸发原水槽的两侧为冷凝水槽。所述冷凝水槽中设有凝结水出口9,未蒸发原水槽中设有未蒸发原水出口6。将若干个低温蒸发冷凝单元组合在一起,相邻单元冷却膜之间留有一定尺寸的风冷通道即为集成低温蒸发冷凝单元组合件。
本实用新型的工作过程如下:
将加热后的热原水提升送入布水器3,布水器3将热原水均匀分布在两面低温蒸发板上即基板4两侧的无纺布5上。热原水在低温蒸发板上流动过程中,部分热原水蒸发。蒸发的雾汽在扩散过程中遇到冷水冷却的冷凝膜7,间接冷却冷凝成凝结水。汇集的凝结水即为热原水凝结后的冷凝水,从凝结水出口9排出。未蒸发降了温的热原水从未蒸发原水出口6返回再加热,继续循环低温蒸发。

1.一种集成低温蒸发冷凝单元组合件,其特征在于:它包括多个低温蒸发冷凝单元,所述低温蒸发冷凝单元包括密封箱体(1),所述密封箱体(1)的顶部设有热原水进口(2),热原水进口(2)的下端设有布水器(3),所述布水器(3)的下方设有基板(4),基板(4)两侧覆盖无纺布(5)组成蒸发板,密封箱体(1)的底部通过凝结水收集板(8)分隔形成冷凝水槽和未蒸发水槽,所述基板(4)下端位于未蒸发水槽中,所述冷凝水槽中设有凝结水出口(9),未蒸发水槽中设有未蒸发原水出口(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成低温蒸发冷凝单元组合件,其特征是所述密封箱体(1)内壁粘贴有冷却膜(7),所述相邻低温蒸发冷凝单元的冷却膜之间留有风冷通道。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成低温蒸发冷凝单元组合件,其特征是所述无纺布(5)的上沿将布水器(3)包裹住。
