背景技术
三效节能浓缩器多用于中药生产。工作时，需要使用冷却装置将液体冷却。目前的冷却装置只是使用常规的冷却方式，在管内通入冷却水，冷却水将管外的液体降温，需要不停的送入冷却水，冷却效率不高，需要较长的时间将药液冷却，费时费水，也消耗了更多的能量。并且由于冷却时间过长，也间接影响了生产的正常进行，使中药的生产时间大大延长。

本实用新型的技术方案是： 
三效节能浓缩器用冷却装置，包括冷却罐罐体，所述冷却罐罐体顶部连接有两根冷却柱，一根冷却柱上设有入口，另一根冷却柱上设有出口，所述冷却柱内设有螺旋形盘绕的冷却管，冷却管从上向下盘绕，所述冷却柱的外侧圆周方向上均匀设有散热翅片。
散热翅片沿冷却柱的外侧从上向下设置，相邻的散热翅片之间设有间距。
散热翅片呈环向方向设置。
所述两根冷却柱的底部之间设有连接管。
本实用新型通过在冷却柱内使用螺旋盘绕的冷却管，增长了管内液体与管外液体接触的时间，充分吸收热量。并且在冷却柱外侧采用散热翅片，将冷却柱内待冷却液体的热量从外侧散出，进一步加快了冷却速度。本实用新型加快了冷却速度，加快了生产进程，保证了生产的有序进行。

冷却柱2内均设有螺旋形盘绕的冷却管4，冷却管4从上向下盘绕。
冷却柱2的外侧圆周方向上均匀设有散热翅片5。
散热翅片5沿冷却柱1的外侧从上向下设置，相邻的散热翅片5之间设有间距，间距以冷却柱2的尺寸以及散热要求进行具体设定。
散热翅片5呈环向方向设置。
