Abstract

本实用新形涉及一种电力线夹,尤其是一种不使用螺栓紧固的电力线夹。 
背景技术
目前,公知的非耐张电力线夹多采用并沟线夹、C形线夹(安普线夹和创通线夹均为C形线夹)的结构形式,但是,并沟线夹是通过螺栓对上下两个夹片进行紧固,才能将主线与支线进行连接,不仅组件多,高空作业的操作不方便,而且在强电流冲击下,紧固螺栓会因为电磁作用而发热,导致螺栓松动,须进行定期维护。而C形线夹中的安普线夹,用楔形滑块来固定导线,不采用螺栓紧固,使作业简单方便,但是,安普线夹的壳体为梯形,在生产工艺上必须采用单模成形技术,生产成本较高;C形线夹中的创通线夹,仍然采用螺栓紧固,与并沟线夹不同的是只用一支螺栓,虽然在操作上优于并沟线夹,其对并沟线夹的替代优势不明显。 
发明内容
为了克服现有的非耐张电力线夹在使用的方便性、可靠性、低廉的制造成本三者不可兼得的不足,本实用新形提供一种S形电力线夹,该线夹不仅省略了螺栓紧固,实现操作上的方便性和可靠性,而且可以采用形材作为基材进行加工,其生产工艺适合大批量廉价生产。 
本实用新形采用的技术方案是:线夹壳体的截面为S形(包括反向S形),将壳体分割成两个线槽,线槽顶端的内弧面与导线的半径相匹配,线槽与内弧面相对的面为斜面,与内弧面的延长线不平行,形成一端大另一端小的结构,可分别在线槽中将主线和支线卡入,再分别用楔形滑块将导线挤紧,从而实现主线与支线的连接。 
本实用新形的有益效果是,兼具了安普线夹不采用螺栓紧固而是用滑块紧固的方便性,和创通线夹可采用合金形材作为基材的优势,不仅可实现主、支线连接的方便性和可靠性,又降低了加工制造的工艺难度。

具体实施方式
在附图中,S形电力线夹壳体①一侧的半圆槽内卡入主线④,将楔形主线紧固滑块②的小端塞入S形线夹壳体①与主线④之间的空隙中,向前推进,直到将主线④卡紧;S形电力线夹壳体①另一侧的半圆槽内卡入支线⑤,将楔形支线紧固滑块③的小端塞入S形线夹壳体①与支线③的空隙中,向前推进,直到将支线③卡紧。从而实现主线与支线的连接。 

Claims (4)

1.由S形(包括反向S形)线夹壳体和两个楔形滑块组成。其特征是:将需要连接的主、支线卡入线夹壳体的半圆槽后,分别用主线楔形滑块和支线楔形滑块放入卡入线夹壳体的主、支线与隔梁的楔形空隙中,通过将楔形滑块前行的方式将主、支线挤紧,实现主、支线的连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的S形电力线夹,其特征是:线夹壳体两侧的边平行,适合用型材作为基材。
3.根据权利要求1所述的S形电力线夹,其特征是:全部组件为三个非磁性材料的金属构件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的S形电力线夹,其特征是:不采用螺栓紧固,可分别将主线和支线挤紧。
