Abstract
一种混凝土喷射机速凝剂泵无介质运转保护装置，主要是于速凝剂泵入口管路上设有流量开关，且该流量开关与混凝土喷射机的PLC控制器相连接。由于流量开关的增设，在混凝土喷射机速凝剂泵工作时，可将速凝剂泵入口管路中有无介质（速凝剂）的信号发送给PLC控制器而进行相应动作，防止速凝剂泵空转。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及混凝土喷射机，尤其是涉及一种可防止混凝土喷射机速凝剂泵空转运行的保护装置。
背景技术
目前，混凝土喷射机速凝剂泵工作时无流量介质（速凝剂）检测，所以在速凝剂泵入口管路中无速凝剂的情况下会造成速凝剂泵空转。从而导致速凝剂泵的损坏或缩短使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，针对上述现有技术不足，提供一种混凝土喷射机速凝剂泵无介质运转保护装置，可对速凝剂泵入口管路中有无速凝剂进行检测，以防速凝剂泵空转。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种混凝土喷射机速凝剂泵无介质运转保护装置，该装置包括与电液比例阀相连接的PLC控制器，其特点是，还包括流量开关，该流量开关设于所述速凝剂泵的入口管路上，且该流量开关与该PLC控制器相连接。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：由于速凝剂泵的入口管路上设有流量开关，在混凝土喷射机速凝剂泵工作时，可将速凝剂泵入口管路中有无介质（速凝剂）的信号发送给PLC控制器而进行相应动作，从而，可对速凝剂泵入口管路中有无介质及时进行检测，以防止速凝剂泵空转。

具体实施方式
参见图1，本实用新型为一种混凝土喷射机速凝剂泵无介质运转保护装置，其包括流量开关1，该流量开关1设于该速凝剂泵的入口管路（图中未示）上，且该流量开关1与该混凝土喷射机的PLC控制器2相连接，该PLC控制器2与电液比例阀3相连接。
加装流量开关1后，可利用流量开关1做为信号源，检测速凝剂泵入口管路中有无介质（速凝剂）。当无介质流动时，流量开关1则发出信号给PLC控制器2，PLC控制器2关闭模拟量（0-10VDC）的输出，电液比例阀3断电，从而使得液压马达驱动的速凝剂泵停止运转，达到防止速凝剂泵空转的目的。

1.一种混凝土喷射机速凝剂泵无介质运转保护装置，该装置包括与电液比例阀（3）相连接的PLC控制器（2），其特征在于，还包括流量开关（1），该流量开关（1）设于所述速凝剂泵的入口管路上，且该流量开关（1）与该PLC控制器（2）相连接。
