背景技术
中国专利（专利号200620061871.5）中公开了一种“改进型压缩机储液器”。该储液器上盖与壳体为分体式结构，相互之间套接，再加焊接。但由于不是一体化结构，所以气密性能不够好，而且多了套接、焊接两道工序，费工费时，提高了成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单合理，气密性能好，省工省时，可节约成本的改进型压缩机旋压储液器。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来达到：一种改进型压缩机旋压储液器，包括进气管、过滤网、滤网压环、垫板、直管、下盖、排气管，其特征在于：壳体与上盖为一体化结构，构成一体化外壳。
本实用新型的目的还可以通过以下措施来达到：进气管装于一体化外壳的顶部，与一体化外壳的内腔相通。排气管装于下盖的底部，与位于一体化外壳内的直管相套接。位于一体化外壳内的直管可采用两根，与其对应的排气管也采用两根，在两根直管上设有加强板。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有如下优点：结构简单合理，上盖与壳体采用一体化成型结构，合二为一，气密性能更好；且省工省时，装配更快捷迅速，节约了人工和材料成本。

本实用新型下面将结合附图（实施例）作进一步详述：
实施例一
参照图1，本实用新型包括进气管1、一体化外壳2、过滤网3、滤网压环4、垫板5、直管6、下盖7、排气管8等。壳体与上盖为一体化结构，合二为一，构成一体化外壳2。进气管1装于一体化外壳2的顶部，与一体化外壳2的内腔相通。排气管8装于下盖7的底部，与位于一体化外壳2内的直管6套接，并相通。下盖7内缩，套于一体化外壳2底部。过滤网3、滤网压环4、垫板5通过碰焊结合，组成虑网组件，位于一体化外壳2内部。其他结构与现有技术相同。
实施例二
参照图2，直管6和排气管8都采用两条，并分别相互套接相通，两条排气管8从下盖7的底部引出。其他结构与实施例一相同。

1.一种改进型压缩机旋压储液器，包括进气管（1）、过滤网（3）、滤网压环（4）、垫板（5）、直管（6）、下盖（7）、排气管（8），其特征在于：壳体与上盖为一体化结构，构成一体化外壳（2）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进型压缩机旋压储液器，其特征在于：进气管（1）装于一体化外壳（2）的顶部，与一体化外壳（2）的内腔相通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改进型压缩机旋压储液器，其特征在于：排气管（8）装于下盖（7）的底部，与位于一体化外壳（2）内的直管（6）相套接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的改进型压缩机旋压储液器，其特征在于：位于一体化外壳（2）内的直管（6）可采用两根，与其对应的排气管（8）也采用两根，在两根直管（6）上设有加强板（9）。
