Abstract

涉及到钢管焊剂回收设备的埋弧焊用焊剂回收装置，它是将连接轴的两端分别连接在两端的轴承上，开有凹槽的两个垫板的一端分别连接在吸嘴的两端上，两个垫板的另一端分别连接在连接轴的两端。本实用新型通过垫板的移动带动轴承和吸嘴移动，使吸嘴和钢管为最佳位置接触，保证了焊剂的回收效果。

本实用新型涉及到钢管焊剂回收设备。 
背景技术
埋弧焊钢管在焊接工序完成后，需要对外焊焊后的焊剂进行回收，以提高焊剂的使用效率，节约成本。目前回收焊剂一般采用风力将焊剂吸入指定地方，而回收装置一般是固定在自动焊装置上，吸嘴是悬在钢管上方，采用气缸控制吸嘴的上下，而位置调节装置也在自动焊装置上，该吸嘴固定及调节方式，费时费力，调节麻烦，回收效果不好，当吸嘴位置太高，无法完全将焊剂回收干净，造成浪费；当吸嘴位置太低，吸嘴刮到渣皮造成焊缝质量问题，严重的会导致停弧。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供：埋弧焊用焊剂回收装置，它是一种方便调整吸嘴与钢管距离的装置。 
本实用新型的技术方案是以如下方式实现的： 
本实用新型包括有两个轴承、一个连接轴和一个吸嘴、两个垫板，其连接轴的两端分别连接在两端的轴承上，两个垫板的中间有凹槽，两个垫板的一端分别连接在吸嘴的两端，两个垫板的另一端分别固接在连接轴的两端。
本实用新型的优点为： 
本实用新型由于垫板的中间设置有凹槽，通过移动垫板，使轴承上下移动而调节吸嘴的位置，使吸嘴与钢管的位置为最佳位置，包装了焊剂的回收效果，较好地满足了钢管的生产要求。

图1中：连接轴3的两端分别通过端盖5连接在两端的轴承4上，两个垫板2的中间有凹槽，两个垫板2的一端分别与吸嘴1的两端连接，另一端焊接在连接轴3的两端上。工作时，松开垫板2上的螺钉，垫板2带动连接轴3、轴承4上下移动，使轴承4与钢管8接触，其吸嘴1随轴承4的移动而与钢管8处于最佳位置，其焊缝为6，吸嘴1即可回收焊剂7。

1.埋弧焊用焊剂回收装置，其特征是：包括两个轴承（4）、两个垫板（2）、一个吸嘴（1）、一个连接轴（3），连接轴（3）的两端分别连接在两端的轴承（4）上，两个垫板（2）的中间有凹槽，两个垫板（2）的一端分别连接在吸嘴（1）的两端上，两个垫板（2）的另一端分别连接在连接轴（3）的两端。
