本实用新型提供了一种固液混配装置,用于混配压裂液,其包括:耐低温、压力的密闭混配容器;设置在所述混配容器上以将所述压裂液的固体颗粒导入所述混配容器的内腔的固体导入口;设置在所述混配容器上以将所述压裂液的基液导入所述内腔的液体导入口;设置在所述混配容器上以将所述压裂液导出所述内腔的固液导出口。本实用新型提供的固液混配装置,通过采用耐低温、压力的密闭混配容器,使得其能够适应低温带压的混配要求,且在混配容器上分别设置了固体导入口、液体导入口和固液导出口,使得固体颗粒、基液进入混配容器和压裂液导出混配容器的过程互不干扰,使得压裂液的混配能够连续进行。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及石油化工行业固液混配技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种固液混配装置。
背景技术
油、气井在试油或生产过程中,由于近井地带有污染(钻井、固井、洗压井过程都会造成污染)或地层原始渗透率低的原因会造成油、气井的产量较低,而此问题可以通过压裂技术来解决。
压裂技术是指采油或采气过程中,利用液体压力作用,使油、气的储层形成裂缝的一种方法,其具体操作是将具有一定粘度的液体(即压裂液),以大于储层的吸收能力的压力向储层注入,使储层形成裂缝,进而达到增产增注的目的。其中,压裂液由作为溶剂的液体(一般称为基液)和作为溶质的固体颗粒(如石英砂等)混配而成。
在现有技术中,压裂液通过固液混配设备进行混合配制,目前市场上的固液混配设备一般为开放式混配,即固液混配设备的混配罐为开放式设计,其具体操作过程是首先根据配比将所需物料加入混配罐内,然后通过固液混配设备的搅拌器将混合物搅拌均匀,再将混配完成的压裂液从混配罐内取出,然后按照上述步骤进行重复操作以分批获得压裂液。
此种结构的固液混配设备,只适用于混配常温常压的液体和固体,其无法符合低温带压的混配要求,从而无法混配以液化气体为基液的压裂液,例如固体颗粒与液态二氧化碳或液化石油气(丙烷)混配而形成的压裂液,并且此种混配装置是在混配罐内进行重复操作,其无法进行连续混配。
因此,如何提供一种固液混配装置,使其能够对以液化气体为基液的压裂液进行连续混配,在是目前本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型提供了一种固液混配装置,其能够对以液化气体为基液的压裂液进行连续混配。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种固液混配装置,用于混配压裂液,其包括:
耐低温、压力的密闭混配容器;
设置在所述混配容器上以将所述压裂液的固体颗粒导入所述混配容器的内腔的固体导入口;
设置在所述混配容器上以将所述压裂液的基液导入所述内腔的液体导入口;
设置在所述混配容器上以将所述压裂液导出所述内腔的固液导出口。
优选的,上述固液混配装置中,所述固体导入口为多个,且每一个所述固体导入口均通过一个密封通道与所述内腔连通。
优选的,上述固液混配装置中,所述混配容器为直管,且所述直管的两个端口分别为所述液体导入口和固液导出口。
优选的,上述固液混配装置中,多个所述密封通道的轴线与所述直管的轴线平行,且每个所述密封通道上均设置有驱动所述密封通道内的固体颗粒进入所述内腔的驱动装置。
优选的,上述固液混配装置中,多个所述密封通道关于所述直管对称设置,且相互对称的两个所述密封通道之间所成的夹角小于120度。
优选的,上述固液混配装置中,所述驱动装置与所述密封通道的连接处设置有密封圈。
优选的,上述固液混配装置中,所述固体导入口、所述液体导入口和所述固液导出口上均设置有连接法兰。
优选的,上述固液混配装置中,所述混配容器、所述密封通道、所述驱动装置和所述连接法兰分别为合金钢容器、合金钢通道、合金钢驱动装置和合金钢法兰。
本实用新型提供的固液混配装置中,混配容器能够耐低温、压力(包括高压和低压)。对混配容器进行操作,使其内腔保持为低温、压力的环境,然后通过混配容器上的固体导入口和液体导入口分别将配置压裂液的固体颗粒和基液连续的导入到内腔中,因为内腔中为低温、压力环境,所以液化气体进入到内腔中后,仍然能够保持为液体状态,进而与固体颗粒混配成压裂液,混配而成的压裂液最终从混配容器的固液导出口连续导出。本实用新型提供的固液混配装置,通过采用耐低温、压力的密闭混配容器,使得其能够适应低温带压的混配要求,且在混配容器上分别设置了固体导入口、液体导入口和固液导出口,使得固体颗粒、基液进入混配容器和压裂液导出混配容器的过程互不干扰,使得压裂液的混配能够连续进行。

具体实施方式
本实用新型提供了一种固液混配装置,其能够对以液化气体为基液的压裂液进行连续混配。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
如图1所示,本实用新型实施例提供的固液混配装置,用于混配压裂液,其包括:
耐低温、压力(包括高压和低压)的密闭混配容器5,混配压裂液的固体颗粒和基液在此混配容器5的内腔中完成混配的操作;
设置在混配容器5上以将压裂液的固体颗粒导入混配容器5的内腔的固体导入口1;
设置在混配容器5上以将压裂液的基液导入内腔的液体导入口4;
设置在混配容器5上以将压裂液导出内腔的固液导出口6。
本实用新型提供的固液混配装置中,混配容器5能够耐低温、压力,对混配容器5进行操作,使其内腔保持为低温、压力的环境,然后通过混配容器5上的固体导入口1和液体导入口4分别将配置压裂液的固体颗粒和基液连续的导入到内腔中,因为内腔中为低温、压力环境,所以液化气体进入到内腔中后,仍然能够保持为液体状态,进而与固体颗粒混配成压裂液,混配而成的压裂液最终从混配容器5的固液导出口6连续导出。
本实用新型提供的固液混配装置,通过采用耐低温、压力的密闭混配容器5,使得其能够适应低温带压的混配要求,且在混配容器5上分别设置了固体导入口1、液体导入口4和固液导出口6,使得固体颗粒、基液进入混配容器5和压裂液导出混配容器5的过程互不干扰,使得压裂液的混配能够连续进行。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,本实施例提供的固液混配装置中,固体导入口1为多个,且每一个固体导入口1均通过一个密封通道2与内腔连通。具体的,本实施例提供了一种如图1所示的固液混配装置,在本装置中,固体导入口1为两个,其开口方向为竖直向上,且两个固体导入口1分别设置在两个与混配容器5的内腔导通的密封通道2上,固体颗粒从固体导入口1进入,然后通过密封通道2进入到混配容器5的内腔中。当然,上述设置方式仅仅为优选技术方案,在不影响本实施例提供的固液混配装置正常工作的前提下,固体导入口1还可以通过直接设置在混配容器5上以及其他的方式来实现将固体颗粒导入内腔的技术目的。
优选的,混配容器5为直管,且直管的两端分别为液体导入口4和固液导出口6,如图1所示。在本实施例中,为了缩小固液混配装置的体积,减少占用空间,以更好的与其他固液混配设备配合,本实施例选择一段直管作为混配容器5,且此直管的两个端口分别为导入基液的液体导入口4和将混配而成的压裂液导出的固液导出口6,优选的,与固体导入口1靠近的端口为液体导入口4,另一端口为固液导出口6。此外,选用直管作为混配容器5也可以降低本实施例提供的固液混配装置的加工难度,简化加工工艺。
具体的,多个密封通道2的轴线与直管的轴线平行,且每个密封通道2上均设置有驱动密封通道2内的固体颗粒进入内腔的驱动装置3。固体颗粒可以通过自身的重量进入到开口竖直向上设置的固体导入口1中进而进入到密封通道2中,因为多个密封通道2的轴线与直管的轴线平行,即多个密封通道2与直管平行设置或设置在同一平面内,如果要使固体颗粒在水平设置的密封通道2中更加顺畅的进入到内腔中,需要在每个密封通道2上设置驱动推动部件推动密封通道2内的固体颗粒进入内腔的驱动装置3,此驱动装置3可以为液压马达、气缸或电动机等设备。
进一步的,多个密封通道2关于直管对称设置,且相互对称的两个密封通道2之间所成的夹角小于120度。将多个密封通道2对称设置,能够使本实施例提供的固液混配装置的结构更加合理,各个部分受力更加均衡,且相互对称的两个密封通道2之间成小于120度的夹角,能够使与混配容器5设置在同一平面内的密封通道2内的固体颗粒,更接近于切向进入到液体导入口4导入的基液中,更加有利于固体颗粒和基液的均匀混配。
为了进一步提高密封效果,以更加符合低温带压的混配要求,驱动装置3与密封通道2的连接处设置有密封圈。
如图1所示,为了更好的与其他部件配合连接,本实施例提供的固液混配装置中,固体导入口1、液体导入口4和固液导出口6上均设置有连接法兰7。
优选的,混配容器5、密封通道2、驱动装置3和连接法兰7分别为合金钢容器、合金钢通道、合金钢驱动装置和合金钢法兰。本实施例为了进一步提高工作效果,混配容器5、密封通道2、驱动装置3和连接法兰7均采用耐低温材料,其具体材质可以为Q345D等合金钢。

Claims (8)
1.一种固液混配装置,用于混配压裂液,其特征在于,包括:
耐低温、压力的密闭混配容器(5);
设置在所述混配容器(5)上以将所述压裂液的固体颗粒导入所述混配容器(5)的内腔的固体导入口(1);
设置在所述混配容器(5)上以将所述压裂液的基液导入所述内腔的液体导入口(4);
设置在所述混配容器(5)上以将所述压裂液导出所述内腔的固液导出口(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固液混配装置,其特征在于,所述固体导入口(1)为多个,且每一个所述固体导入口(1)均通过一个密封通道(2)与所述内腔连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的固液混配装置,其特征在于,所述混配容器(5)为直管,且所述直管的两个端口分别为所述液体导入口(4)和固液导出口(6)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的固液混配装置,其特征在于,多个所述密封通道(2)的轴线与所述直管的轴线平行,且每个所述密封通道(2)上均设置有驱动所述密封通道(2)内的固体颗粒进入所述内腔的驱动装置(3)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的固液混配装置,其特征在于,多个所述密封通道(2)关于所述直管对称设置,且相互对称的两个所述密封通道(2)之间所成的夹角小于120度。
6.根据权利要求4所述的固液混配装置,其特征在于,所述驱动装置(3)与所述密封通道(2)的连接处设置有密封圈。
7.根据权利要求4所述的固液混配装置,其特征在于,所述固体导入口(1)、所述液体导入口(4)和所述固液导出口(6)上均设置有连接法兰(7)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的固液混配装置,其特征在于,所述混配容器(5)、所述密封通道(2)、所述驱动装置(3)和所述连接法兰(7)分别为合金钢容器、合金钢通道、合金钢驱动装置和合金钢法兰。
