LED显示屏是广告类型的其中之一，以往的LED显示屏电路板上的芯片组是直接与电路板集成在一起，由于LED显示屏在工作时，芯片组对电路板产生的热量比较大，如不能极时散去电路板上的热量时，常常会因电路板热量过大，而且导致电路板被烧坏。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种LED显示屏电路板结构，该电路板结构简单、热量小。

一种LED显示屏电路板结构，包括电路板和芯片组，其特征在于：所述的电路板一面与安装好的LED灯珠面板相连，所述的芯片组通过芯片组自身的针角焊接在电路板上。
所述芯片组上针角的高度在1.5~2.5cm之间。
本实用新型的有益效果是：电路板与芯片组分开设置，从而减少小电路板的热量，大大提高电路板的使用寿命。

如图1所示，一种LED显示屏电路板结构，包括电路板1和芯片组2，电路板2一面与安装好的LED灯珠面板3相连，芯片组2通过芯片组2自身的针角21焊接在电路板1上。芯片组2上针角21的高度在1.5~2.5cm之间。电路板1与芯片组2分开设置，从而减少小电路板1的热量，大大提高电路板1的使用寿命。
