本实用新型属于电源箱,特别是涉及一种智能双电源箱。
背景技术
电源箱主要是为真空断路器及其它高压开关提供操作电源的设备。电源箱均采用输入交流220V或380V经可控硅调压整流,输出直流,具有输出直流电压多档可调电流大的特点或交流电压,进行单分、单合操作的功能。目前的市场上的电源箱一般为单电源的配电箱,当发生一些特殊情况需要紧急停电时,配电箱停止工作,这给一些重负载不能停电的场所带来很大的负面影响,市场上存在的双电源箱也都是采用手动切换,转换时间长,容易造成操作失误,特别是在无人值班发生停电现象时,这种双电源箱就与单电源箱的效果相同,造成大量的财产损失。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种智能双配电箱,可以实现在发生停电现象时可以通过智能自动控制电路将主电源供电自动转换成备用电源供电,减少了人力的使用和财产的损失。
本实用新型的智能双电源箱,是由箱体、主电源开关、备用电源开关和智能自动控制电路构成,在箱体的内部设有主电源开关和备用电源开关,主电源开关与备用电源开关并联连接,主电源开关的一端与主电源进线端连接,备用电源开关的一端与备用电源进线端连接、主电源开关与备用电源开关的另一端均与智能自动控制电路联接。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述的智能自动控制电路是由A/D转换电路和继电器并联连接至CPU处理器构成,继电器与CPU处理器间设有I/O扩展电路。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,CPU处理器分别连接了液晶显示屏、键盘电路和存储器。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的智能双电源箱,是由箱体1、主电源开关2、备用电源开关3和智能自动控制电路4构成,在箱体1的内部设有主电源开关2和备用电源开关3,主电源开关2与备用电源开关3并联连接,主电源开关2的一端与主电源进线端5连接,备用电源开关3的一端与备用电源进线端6连接、主电源开关2与备用电源开关3的另一端均与智能自动控制电路4联接。所述的智能自动控制电路4是由A/D转换电路7和继电器8并联连接至CPU处理器9构成,CPU处理器9分别连接了液晶显示屏11、键盘电路12和存储器13。在继电器8与CPU处理器9间设有I/O扩展电路10。

1.智能双电源箱,是由箱体(1)、主电源开关(2)、备用电源开关(3)和智能自动控制电路(4)构成,其特征在于箱体(1)的内部设有主电源开关(2)和备用电源开关(3),主电源开关(2)与备用电源开关(3)并联连接,主电源开关(2)的一端与主电源进线端(5)连接,备用电源开关(3)的一端与备用电源进线端(6)连接、主电源开关(2)与备用电源开关(3)的另一端均与智能自动控制电路(4)联接。
2.如权利要求1所述的智能双电源箱,其特征在于智能自动控制电路(4)是由A/D转换电路(7)和继电器(8)并联连接至CPU处理器(9)构成,继电器(8)与CPU处理器(9)间设有I/O扩展电路(10)。
3.如权利要求2所述的智能双电源箱,其特征在于CPU处理器(9)分别连接了液晶显示屏(11)、键盘电路(12)和存储器(13)。
