背景技术
现有铅酸蓄电池上盖四侧表面光滑平整,在铅酸蓄电池生产中,工人抓取蓄电池时经常出现滑手现象,容易将电池摔坏,甚至砸伤工人。而且由于表面光滑,在电池自动化生产过程中利用机械手也不容易抓紧电池或电池上盖,更不能对电池准确定位。
发明内容
本实用新型所要达到的目的就是提供一种蓄电池防滑结构,避免出现滑手现象。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种蓄电池防滑结构,包括设于蓄电池上盖的防滑槽,所述防滑槽对称设于蓄电池上盖相对的两个侧面。
进一步的,所述防滑槽设于蓄电池上盖长度方向的两个侧面。
进一步的,所述蓄电池上盖长度方向的两个侧面均设有至少两个防滑槽,防滑槽沿蓄电池上盖长度方向排列。
进一步的,所述蓄电池上盖宽度方向的两个侧面也设有防滑槽。
进一步的,所述防滑槽为矩形槽。
进一步的,所述防滑槽的下侧面向下平滑过渡至设置该防滑槽的蓄电池上盖的侧面。
采用上述技术方案后,本实用新型具有如下优点:节省材料;工人抓取蓄电池时可将手指扣入防滑槽中,避免滑手现象,防止意外发生;可以将防滑槽的尺寸设计成与机械手相匹配,实现蓄电池上盖组装和电池抓取过程中的准确定位,实现自动化生产,提高生产效率。

实施例一:
如图1所示为本实用新型第一种实施例,在蓄电池本体上设有蓄电池上盖,蓄电池上盖长度方向的两个侧面均设有三个防滑槽,因为蓄电池上盖四周的侧面的高度都较小,因此优选防滑槽为矩形槽,防滑槽沿蓄电池上盖长度方向延伸设置并且沿蓄电池上盖长度方向排列,优选设置成等间距排列。当然防滑槽的设置数量可以根据需要来定,一般是对称设置在蓄电池上盖相对的两个侧面。
实施例二:
如图2所示本实用新型第二种实施例,本实施例与实施例一结构相近,区别在于,防滑槽的下侧面向下平滑过渡至设置该防滑槽的蓄电池上盖的侧面。这样便于手指扣入。
上述实施例中,如果考虑机械手操作或双手搬取蓄电池,防滑槽也可以在蓄电池上盖宽度方向的两个侧面设置。防滑槽的结构减少了蓄电池上盖的材料用量,相应降低了材料成本,而工人抓取蓄电池时可将手指扣入防滑槽中,避免滑手现象,防止意外发生;可以将防滑槽的尺寸设计成与机械手相匹配,实现蓄电池上盖组装和电池抓取过程中的准确定位,实现自动化生产,提高生产效率。

1.一种蓄电池防滑结构,其特征在于:包括设于蓄电池上盖(1)的防滑槽(2),所述防滑槽对称设于蓄电池上盖相对的两个侧面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蓄电池防滑结构,其特征在于:所述防滑槽设于蓄电池上盖长度方向的两个侧面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的蓄电池防滑结构,其特征在于:所述蓄电池上盖长度方向的两个侧面均设有至少两个防滑槽,防滑槽沿蓄电池上盖长度方向排列。
4.根据权利要求2所述的蓄电池防滑结构,其特征在于:所述蓄电池上盖宽度方向的两个侧面也设有防滑槽。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的蓄电池防滑结构,其特征在于:所述防滑槽为矩形槽。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的蓄电池防滑结构,其特征在于:所述防滑槽的下侧面向下平滑过渡至设置该防滑槽的蓄电池上盖的侧面。
