背景技术
现有光纤复合架空相线一般由铝包钢线与不锈钢套管光纤单元构成的线芯外绞合圆形铝线组成。这种光纤复合架空相线的线芯外全部用圆铝线绞合导致线与线之间的间隙大,有效截面积小;而且相线的外表面凹凸不平,易积冰雪,增加相线的负重,容易造成损坏。
发明内容
为了克服现有光纤复合架空相线的不足,本实用新型提供一种铝包钢线外绞合阶梯形铝线的光纤复合架空相线。
本实用新型提供的一种铝包钢线外绞合阶梯形铝线的光纤复合架空相线,具有由铝包钢线与不锈钢套管光纤单元构成的线芯,在线芯外绞合横截面呈阶梯形的铝线,相邻阶梯形铝线互相嵌合。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于在由铝包钢线与不锈钢套管光纤单元构成的线芯外绞合横截面呈阶梯形的铝线,相邻阶梯形铝线互相嵌合,线与线之间的间隙小,增加有效截面积,相线的外径可以减小,方便架设;而且线芯外的相邻阶梯形铝线互相嵌合使相线的外表形成一个完整的圆,表面紧密光滑,不易积冰雪。
