本实用新型公开一种SFP光纤插座,包括一屏蔽罩,屏蔽罩内设有两块用于装夹导光管组的夹板,导光管组包括第一导光管和第二导光管,第一导光管卡在第二导光管的中部,第一导光管和第二导光管的另一端卡在连接器的两侧,屏蔽罩对应连接器的一端设有一后盖。本实用新型采用第一导光管采用和第二导光管分离式的组装方式,便于更换和节省原材料使用,某个零件出现不良时,便于更换零部件,便于重工返修,防止造成整颗连接器的报废,节省了成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及光纤转换器,特别涉及一种用于光纤转换器的SFP光纤插座。
背景技术
目前,现有的SFP小型可插拔光纤连接器所采用的插座,是用于设备内部器件与外部器件的连接,现有的SFP光纤连接器插座内部结构复杂,当内部零部件需要更换或维修时,拆卸麻烦,在拆卸的过程中会使端子的端部变形,使设备内部器件与外部器件连接时产生接触不良的现象。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种结构简单、拆装方便的用于光纤转换器的SFP光纤插座。
为解决现有技术的上述缺陷,本实用新型要解决的技术方案是:一种SFP光纤插座,包括一屏蔽罩,所述屏蔽罩内设有两块用于装夹导光管组的夹板,所述导光管组包括第一导光管和第二导光管,所述第一导光管卡在所述第二导光管的中部,所述第一导光管和第二导光管的另一端卡在连接器的两侧,所述屏蔽罩对应所述连接器的一端设有一后盖。
作为本实用新型SFP光纤插座的一种改进,所述连接器包括一塑料外壳,所述塑料外壳内设有多排排针组,所述塑料外壳的一端设有两个用于插装排针端子的连接孔,所述塑料外壳的上下两面分别设有安装弹片的安装槽,所述塑料外壳的两侧分别设有卡装所述导光管组的突起。
作为本实用新型SFP光纤插座的一种改进,所述塑料外壳内设有五排排针组,每排排针组包括两个排针片,每个排针片上设有两个排针端子。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点是:本实用新型采用第一导光管采用和第二导光管分离式的组装方式,便于更换和节省原材料使用,某个零件出现不良时,便于更换零部件,便于重工返修,防止造成整颗连接器的报废,节省了成本。

下面就根据附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。
如图1、图2和图4所示,一种SFP光纤插座,包括一屏蔽罩1,屏蔽罩1内设有两块用于装夹导光管组2的夹板3,导光管组2包括第一导光管21和第二导光管22,第一导光管21卡在第二导光管22的中部,第一导光管21和第二导光管22的另一端卡在连接器4的两侧,屏蔽罩1对应连接器4的一端设有一后盖5。
如图3所示的连接器4,包括一塑料外壳41,塑料外壳41内设有多排排针组6,塑料外壳41的一端设有两个用于插装排针端子42的连接孔43,塑料外壳41的上下两面分别设有安装弹片44的安装槽45,塑料外壳41的两侧分别设有卡装导光管组2的突起46。
其中,塑料外壳41内设有五排排针组6,每排排针组6包括两个排针片7,每个排针片7上设有两个排针端子42。

1.一种SFP光纤插座,其特征在于,包括一屏蔽罩(1),所述屏蔽罩(1)内设有两块用于装夹导光管组(2)的夹板(3),所述导光管组(2)包括第一导光管(21)和第二导光管(22),所述第一导光管(21)卡在所述第二导光管(22)的中部,所述第一导光管(21)和第二导光管(22)的另一端卡在连接器(4)的两侧,所述屏蔽罩(1)对应所述连接器(4)的一端设有一后盖(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的SFP光纤插座,其特征在于,所述连接器(4)包括一塑料外壳(41),所述塑料外壳(41)内设有多排排针组(6),所述塑料外壳(41)的一端设有两个用于插装排针端子(42)的连接孔(43),所述塑料外壳(41)的上下两面分别设有安装弹片(44)的安装槽(45),所述塑料外壳(41)的两侧分别设有卡装所述导光管组(2)的突起(46)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的SFP光纤插座,其特征在于,所述塑料外壳(41)内设有五排排针组(6),每排排针组(6)包括两个排针片(7),每个排针片(7)上设有两个排针端子(42)。
