背景技术
目前,太阳能跟踪支架的基础施工多数采用水泥及钢筋浇灌呈预制块式,然后将预制块埋入地上,是地下基础结构坚固、牢实,这种挖坑预埋的地基加固方式存在施工复杂,浪费大量人力物力,如果采用水泥桩压入地下,普通的水泥桩压入地下后,由于强度不够,施工后的地面无法承受太阳能跟踪支架的长时间高强度运转而产生崩裂、塌陷等现象,严重影响太阳能跟踪支架的使用及操作人员的安全,缺少一种稳固性强,施工方法简易的水泥桩。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种稳固性强、施工方法简易的新型钢管水泥桩。
本实用新型为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新型钢管水泥桩,包括桩体和桩帽,桩帽固定与桩体的上端,所述桩体为空心圆柱状的钢管,所述桩体侧面设有若干渗透孔。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述桩体上设有4排渗透孔,所述4排渗透孔沿桩体圆周面均匀分布,每排渗透孔上设有4个渗透孔。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述桩帽的下端设有多个与桩体连接的加强筋。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型采用空心钢管作为水泥桩的桩体,同时在桩体上设置多个渗透孔,在水泥桩打入地下后,向水泥桩桩体内灌入混凝土,混凝土从桩体的渗透孔慢慢渗出后凝固,将渗出后的水泥与桩体凝为一体,极大的改善了水泥桩的强度,相比现有的水泥桩,本实用新型结构简单,施工方法简易,施工后地基更加牢固,改变了以往太阳能跟踪支架地基施工繁琐的方式,降低了太阳能跟踪支架施工的成本,提高了使用安全性。

图1示出了本实用新型一种新型钢管水泥桩的一种实施方式,包括桩体1和桩帽2,桩帽2固定与桩体1的上端,所述桩体1为空心圆柱状的钢管,所述桩体1侧面设有若干渗透孔3,所述桩体1上设有4排渗透孔3,所述4排渗透孔3沿桩体圆周面均匀分布,每排渗透孔3上设有4个渗透孔3,所述桩帽2的下端设有多个与桩体1连接的加强筋4。使用时将水泥桩整体打入地下后,向水泥桩的顶部灌入混凝土,混凝体进入桩体1后通过渗透孔3向外渗出,最后将桩体凝为一体,增强水泥桩的稳固性。

1.一种新型钢管水泥桩,包括桩体(1)和桩帽(2),桩帽(2)固定与桩体(1)的上端,其特征在于:所述桩体(1)为空心圆柱状的钢管,所述桩体(1)侧面设有若干渗透孔(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型钢管水泥桩,其特征在于:所述桩体(1)上设有4排渗透孔(3),所述4排渗透孔(3)沿桩体圆周面均匀分布,每排渗透孔(3)上设有4个渗透孔(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型钢管水泥桩,其特征在于:所述桩帽(2)的下端设有多个与桩体(1)连接的加强筋(4)。
