浮法玻璃生产是现代玻璃加工行业常用的加工方法,其是将高温液态玻璃通过锡槽中,利用锡液表面承载高温液态玻璃并进行冷却,最后进行后续加工得到成品玻璃,尤其适用于制造平板玻璃。现有技术中锡槽内锡液易出现流动的问题,导致锡液表面出现波纹,影响玻璃生产质量。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种锡槽底砖结构,以解决现有技术锡槽内锡液易流动的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
一种锡槽底砖结构,包括有矩形的砖体,其特征在于:砖体顶部设置有多个不连贯的波浪面,相邻波浪面之间的砖体顶部向砖体内设置有沉槽,且沉槽的竖向截面为梯形。
所述的一种锡槽底砖结构,其特征在于:砖体顶部波浪面等间距分布。
本实用新型多个组合拼接成锡槽槽底,通过不连贯的波浪面,配合相邻波浪面之间沉槽,起到阻碍锡液流动的作用,减少了锡液表面的波纹,提高了玻璃生产质量。
