背景技术
料斗为一安装在其他工作机器上方的漏斗型供料容器，其上方开口，物料从开口处导入，进入后续机器，进行加工处理。
料斗下方下料口与传输带之间存在一定的距离，在物料下料的过程中，由于物料下落的冲击力，使物料中的粉尘容易扩散，污染工作环境。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、防止粉尘扩散的下料口挡板装置。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型提供的下料口挡板装置包括：料斗本体、设于料斗本体下方的传输皮带及连接于料斗本体下料口外周的挡板，挡板延伸至传输皮带上表面处。由此，通过采用挡板将料斗下料口延长至传输皮带上方，延长了下料通道，将物料隔绝于挡板通道内，防止下料时粉尘等扩散，影像周围环境。
在一些实施方式中，挡板为橡胶板。由此，防止刮伤传输带，同时降低了生产成本
本实用新型的下料口挡板装置，有效防止物料下料时粉尘的扩散，缩短了热停时间。

如图所示，在本实用新型的此实施方式中，料斗本体1的下料口为正方形结构，挡板3设于下料口四周，挡板3延伸至与传输皮带上表面相邻位置处，其中，挡板3为橡胶板。
本实用新型的下料口挡板装置，结构简单，在料斗本体的下料口外周添加橡胶制挡板，有效防止物料下料时冲击，使粉尘扩散，污染环境；采用橡胶制挡板，防止挡板刮伤传送带，同时，节约了生产成本。

1.下料口挡板装置，其特征在于，包括：料斗本体（1）、设于料斗本体（1）下方的传输皮带（2）及连接于所述料斗本体（1）下料口外周的挡板（3），所述挡板延伸至传输皮带（2）上表面处。
