串联加一次法炼胶生产线
技术领域
本实用新型涉及轮胎混炼橡胶的炼胶生产线。
背景技术
混炼是将橡胶(生胶)与各种配合剂(见橡胶配合)在炼胶机内混合均匀的橡胶加工工艺。为了能够将粉状配合剂加入橡胶中,生胶须先经塑炼,提高其塑性及流动性。混炼过程是橡胶加工最基本的过程,加入配合剂后的混炼胶料的质量,对半成品的工艺性能和成品质量均具有决定性影响。
橡胶混炼过程就其本质来说是配合剂在生胶中均匀分散的过程,粒状配合剂呈分散相,生胶呈连续相。在混炼过程中,橡胶分子结构、分子量大小及其分布、配合剂聚集状态均发生变化。通过混炼,橡胶与配合剂起了物理及化学作用,形成了新的结构。混炼胶是一种具有复杂结构特性的分散体系。由于生胶的粘度很高,为使配合剂渗入生胶中并在其中均匀混合和分散,必须借助于炼胶机的强烈机械剪切作用。混炼工艺依所用炼胶机的类型而异。炼胶机主要有开放式和密闭式两类。
开放式炼胶机混炼过程:橡胶在开放式炼胶机是两个旋转辊筒的间隙中,反复受到剪切作用,靠手工操作控制。主要包括三个阶段:①生胶加热。即将已塑炼的生胶在机上再次重炼,加热软化,并加入其他聚合物共混。②加配合剂。一般先加软化剂、硬脂酸等,然后加入粉料和炭黑等(炭黑也可预先和部分生胶先单独混为母炼胶)。硫磺一般在混炼的最后,或在胶料经停放后,于第二次重炼时再加入。③混炼均匀和下片。当所有配合剂添加完毕后,应再继续翻炼,使混合均匀,然后卸下胶片。 
密闭式炼胶机混炼过程:密闭式炼胶机的转子表面和混炼室壁面之间的间隙大小,随转子转动有很大范围的变化,对胶料产生强烈的剪切作用。混炼效果比开放式炼胶机大得多,各种粉料配合剂在混炼室内和胶料混合而不飞扬在外,而且自动仪表控制混炼过程,例如在混炼过程中,胶料温度、物料在室内的体积和所耗电功率的变化有一定规律。
中国发明专利申请(申请号:201210122024.5 申请日:2012-04-24)公开了一种橡胶连续混炼系统装置,包括密闭式炼胶机;安装有所述密闭式炼胶机的第一开放式炼胶机;通过第一胶料输送带与所述第一开放式炼胶机连接的第二开放式炼胶机;向所述密闭式炼胶机和所述第二开放式炼胶机投放药品的药品自动控制系统;通过第二胶料输送带与所述第二开放式炼胶机连接的胶料压片机;和与所述胶料压片机依次连接的冷却联动线和积载机。
中国发明专利申请(申请号:200910256550.9 申请日:2009-12-24)公开了低温混炼胶料的生产方法,使用一台密炼机以低温混炼、低温排料为核心,在密炼机下面配置多台全自动开炼机并在低温条件下进行补充混炼以自动加硫,保证整个胶料生产过程的低温混炼,实现提高混炼胶生产高质量、高效率的目的。胶料在密炼机中投胶混炼,达到工艺要求温度后被排到1#开炼机进行捣胶降温,再经过输送装置被输送到开炼机组中的1台开炼机中进行补充混炼,补充混炼后的胶料被输送至8#开炼机进行下片处理。
上述的一次法生产线对胶料的质量的提升有限,且有操作环境差,配方使用范围小,无法完成高白炭黑用量的绿色轮胎专用配方加工等问题。
发明内容
为了解决一次法生产线存在的技术问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种串联加一次法炼胶生产线,该生产线扩大一次法生产线的配方使用范围,具有可以防止炭黑泄漏,节能减排的特点。
为了实现上述的目的,本实用新型采用了以下的技术方案:
串联加一次法炼胶生产线,该生产线包括小规格密炼机、大规格密炼机、第一开炼机、多台第二开炼机和出片机,小规格密炼机、大规格密炼机和第一开炼机依次串联设置;所述的小规格密炼机的具有上顶栓,固定设置在上层,所述的大规格密炼机不具有上顶栓,固定设置在中层,大规格密炼机的进料口连接小规格密炼机的出料口,所述的第一开炼机固定设置在底层,第一开炼机的进料口连接大规格密炼机的出料口,第一开炼机的出片口连接设置有提升传送带,提升传送带连接设有送料传送带,多台第二开炼机并联设置在送料传送带的一侧,在各台第二开炼机的出料口位置设置有出料传送带,出料传送带连接至出片机。
作为优选,上述的小规格密炼机的容量为200~400升,大规格密炼机的容量为450~700升。
作为优选,上述的小规格密炼机选用GK320密炼机,大规格密炼机选用GK550密炼机,第一开炼机和第二开炼机均为φ660开炼机,出片机选用φ550出片机。
作为优选,上述的第二开炼机的数量为6~10台。
作为优选,上述的第一开炼机和第二开炼机配有单独的温控系统。
本实用新型由于采用了上述的技术方案,采用一小一大规格的密炼机上下串联,配方胶料在上面的小规格机内高速条件下剪切分散和分布,然后排入下面大规格机内通过变速和温控,可在120℃以上的任意温度恒温混炼,从密炼机排出混炼胶在改善后的一次法炼胶线的开炼机上,使胶料温度控制保持100℃以下,进行补充混炼,改善填料的分散和胶料的流变性能,同时完成加硫、出片冷却,一次性连续完成配方胶料的母炼+终炼。
本实用新型具有以下的特点:
1、小规格密炼机转速60rpm,上顶栓的压力和位置可程序控制,通过控制转速和上顶栓的位置和压力来控制胶料达到所需温度;
2、下面大规格密炼机,转速在6-60 rpm,无上顶栓,通过控制转速来控制胶料达到所需温度,过转速在6-60rpm中的变化和温控水来控制胶料温度可以稳定在120℃以上的任意温度,完成加硫或反应过程的条件;在下面的密炼机补充混炼的同时,上面的小规格密炼机可以同时混炼下一车胶料;
3、一次法的连续生产线较传统的一次法的连续生产线增加了胶环长度,改善了实际达到的辊距,使胶厚达到3mm,增加了温控,可减少混炼时间10%,并改善了胶料的粘辊问题,扩大了一次法生产线的使用胶料品种。
以上串联加一次法生产线结合具有以下优点:1、可完成绿色轮胎专用配方(高白炭黑用量)的一次性加工成型,完全满足硅烷化反应的条件;2、解决了原一次法炼胶系统的炭黑泄漏,周围环境污染严重的问题,并能做到准确称量,减少原来二次称量的产生误差;3、节能减排,如果以传统的多段混炼为参考点,与创新工艺作比较(密炼机容量及输出终炼胶的能力相同),下表看能源消耗下降明显,可见密炼装备技术进步对轮胎绿色生产的作用之大(见下表)。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。
如图1、图2所示的串联加一次法炼胶生产线,该生产线包括小规格密炼机1、大规格密炼机2、第一开炼机3、5台第二开炼机6和出片机9,小规格密炼机1、大规格密炼机2和第一开炼机3依次串联设置;所述的小规格密炼机1的具有上顶栓,固定设置在固定建筑物10 的上层,所述的大规格密炼机2不具有上顶栓,固定设置在固定建筑物10 的中层,大规格密炼机2的进料口直接连接小规格密炼机1的出料口,所述的第一开炼机3固定设置在固定建筑物10 的底层,第一开炼机3的进料口直接连接大规格密炼机2的出料口,第一开炼机3的出片口连接设置有提升传送带4,提升传送带4连接设有送料传送带5,5台第二开炼机6并联设置在送料传送带5的一侧,5台第二开炼机6分别设置有工人操作平台7,在各台第二开炼机6的出料口位置设置有出料传送带8,出料传送带8连接至出片机9。
上述的小规格密炼机1选用GK320密炼机,大规格密炼机2选用GK550密炼机,第一开炼机3和第二开炼机6均为φ660开炼机,出片机9选用φ550出片机9。
采用上述的炼胶生产线进行炼胶的方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:
1)将丁苯橡胶和橡胶配合剂加入小规格密炼机1,转速60rpm,加压20秒,上顶栓压力50N/cm2
2)加入白炭黑,硅烷偶联剂和炭黑转速60rpm,上顶栓压力50N/cm2,升温至145℃;
3)经小规格密炼机1混炼后的物料直接进入大规格密炼机2,通过转速6-60rpm的变化和温控水温度来控制温度在145℃ 时间60秒;
4)排胶到第一开炼机3;
5)第一开炼机3出片到并联的第二开炼机6,将温度降到120℃以下;
6)在并联的多台第二开炼机6上通过变距(辊距0.5-5mm),变速(35-55m/s),完成胶料的补充混炼和加硫,并出片到出片机9;
7)在出片机9上完成出片。

1.串联加一次法炼胶生产线,其特征在于:该生产线包括小规格密炼机(1)、大规格密炼机(2)、第一开炼机(3)、多台第二开炼机(6)和出片机(9),小规格密炼机(1)、大规格密炼机(2)和第一开炼机(3)依次串联设置;所述的小规格密炼机(1)的具有上顶栓,固定设置在上层,所述的大规格密炼机(2)不具有上顶栓,固定设置在中层,大规格密炼机(2)的进料口连接小规格密炼机(1)的出料口,所述的第一开炼机(3)固定设置在底层,第一开炼机(3)的进料口连接大规格密炼机(2)的出料口,第一开炼机(3)的出片口连接设置有提升传送带(4),提升传送带(4)连接设有送料传送带(5),多台第二开炼机(6)并联设置在送料传送带(5)的一侧,在各台第二开炼机(6)的出料口位置设置有出料传送带(8),出料传送带连接至出片机(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的串联加一次法炼胶生产线,其特征在于:小规格密炼机(1)的容量为200~400升,大规格密炼机(2)的容量为450~700升。
3.根据权利要求1所述的串联加一次法炼胶生产线,其特征在于:第二开炼机(6)的数量为4~8台。
4.根据权利要求1所述的串联加一次法炼胶生产线,其特征在于:第一开炼机(3)和第二开炼机(6)配有单独的温控系统。
