本实用新型属于一种冷冲压模具,具体的是一种加工风电螺栓用的缩径夹具。
背景技术
冲压模具,是在冷冲压加工中,将材料(金属或非金属)加工成零件(或半成品)的一种特殊工艺装备,称为冷冲压模具(俗称冷冲模)。冲压,是在室温下,利用安装在压力机上的模具对材料施加压力,使其产生分离或塑性变形,从而获得所需零件的一种压力加工方法。冲头也叫凸模、上模、阳模、冲针等,冲头是安装在冲压模具上的金属零件,应用于与材料的直接接触,使材料发生形变、裁切材料。缩径模具是固定在冲床的上端,需要缩径的螺栓倒放在下面,冲床下压,螺栓通过冲床缩径模具后缩径成功,冲床向上运动,回复机构将螺栓缩径部分推了出来。
