背景技术
塑胶复合板具有噪音低，不变形，维护方便，不含甲醛、苯等有毒气体等优点，同时由于其花色丰富，色彩多样而被广泛用于居家和商业的各方面。常规的塑胶复合板，其结构为最上面一层是纯PVC(聚氯乙烯)透明膜层，下面加上印花层和发泡层。此种结构将花纹直接印制在发泡层上，花纹清晰度差，不美观，且塑胶复合板本身强度低，易损坏，另外其发泡层与结合面的粘结牢度低，长期使用容易分层、脱落，墙体使用时，影响美观效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种强度高、使用寿命长、粘结牢度高的墙体装饰用PVC塑胶复合板。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种墙体装饰用PVC塑胶复合板，它包括印花层、PVC膜隔离层、加强层和底布层，所述印花层、PVC膜隔离层、加强层和底布层自上而下紧密复合在一起。
PVC膜隔离层采用的为白色PVC膜，其可以隔绝加强层和底部层的颜色，使得印花层的颜色不受其他底色的干扰，色泽美观亮丽。
印花层直接印制在PVC膜隔离层上，牢固度高，且图案清晰，其可采用仿大理石纹、木纹等多种纹饰图案，增加美化效果。
加强层采用橡胶塑料混合挤出的片材，可以增强整个PVC塑胶地板的强度，且使得PVC塑胶地板具有一定的弹性，起到较好的减噪效果。
底布层采用无纺布，成本低，且可使得产品与下层粘结面具有较高的粘合度，增强了产品使用的物理稳定性，保证其不易分层、脱落。
