背景技术
蓄电池是电池中的一种，它的作用是把有限的电能存储起来，在合适的地方使用。它的工作原理就是把化学能转化为电能。随着现代工业的发展，需要使用蓄电池的产品越来越多，使得市场对蓄电池的需求也越来越大，蓄电池的产量也日益增大。随着人们对管式电池的优异性能，特别是长寿命性能的逐步认识，国内管式电池的生产规模逐渐升温。影响管式电池寿命的关键因素之一是要处理好极板的伸长问题，因为电池工作中极板的伸长是不可避免的，尤其是随着循环周期的增加，伸长问题表现得更加明显。管式电池中管式极板的基本结构是中间为圆柱状铅芯，外围有保护层，两者之间填充活性物质。极板装配时，将铅芯装入固定件的内孔中，保护层起到限位作用。管式极板活性物质注入方式常见为挤膏/墩粉两种方式，即将铅膏或铅粉通过专用设备挤入或注入排管内。铅粉是由铅块粉碎研磨制成，然后制备成铅膏，用于蓄电池的生产。铅粉在研磨之后需要贮存在罐内保存一段时间，再用于生产，因此贮存设备是比较重要的。
