目前，密炼机下顶栓的锁紧通常采用曲柄连杆式结构，锁紧油缸的运动一般通过安装在翻板门上和锁紧油缸侧面的行程开关装置控制。由于在开、退锁过程中，是转动和轴向运动的合成，为非线性的，经常发生撞杆运动不灵活，将行程开关打坏的现象，最终导致退锁或卸料门关不上的现象，引起胶料及粉尘的泄漏，对炼胶质量和以及环境卫生、操作人员的安全都产生不利影响。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种使用可靠的密炼机下顶栓锁紧装置。
本实用新型是采用如下技术方案实现其发明目的的，一种密炼机下顶栓锁紧装置，它包括安装在翻板门座上的翻板门、油缸支座，油缸支座上安装有锁紧油缸，锁紧油缸的活塞杆与翻板门连接，锁紧油缸的前盖上用螺栓固定有开关板，接近开关固定在开关板上；撞块用螺钉固定在油缸前叉上。
由于采用上述技术方案，本实用新型较好的实现了发明目的，其结构简单，由于接近开关与撞块的运动轨迹均为直线，因此，其工作安全可靠，保证了下顶栓的密封效果，防止了下顶栓退锁以及漏粉和漏料，提高了产品质量，且保证了接近开关的使用寿命。
